良かった点 : スタッフとサービス

気になった点 : 清潔度、施設のコンディションと設備

スタッフの皆さんは親切で、とても話しやすかったです。チェックインはスムーズで、ペソを細かく両替してもらえ、チェックアウト後は荷物を夜まで預かってもらえました。朝食は美味しいものも多く、日本人に合わない料理ももちろんあります。 8時頃は結構混みます。立地がいいので、追加料なしでタクシーをすぐに呼んで貰えます。部屋は比較的綺麗ですが排水が悪く、逆流してきてしまいました。ドライヤーは壁に備え付けのタイプで風量もかなり弱いです。

良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス

まあまあ

チェックインの際には入口付近の道路が傷んでいたり、思ったより建物が古くイメージダウンでした。スタッフも積極的に挨拶する素振りもなかったのですが、こちらから声をかけると相手も挨拶を返す程度でしたが、徐々に慣れもあってか相手から声をかけてくれるようになりました。前述の通り、全て古いのですが、清潔感はありましたので快適感はありました。場所的にはアヤラセンターが若干歩く距離にあったり、HPの出ているレストランが近くにありますので便利でますした。

ロケーション最高。快適に過ごせるホテル

予約の際、深めの浴槽付きと部屋の詳細にあったので、確認しなかったのは悪かったと思いますが、案内された部屋に浴槽がありませんでした。浴槽のある部屋に変更してもらいましたが、リニューアルされている部屋が無く、古めの部屋になってしまいました。案内してくださった方がいろいろ骨をおってくださり、とても親切でした。その階と前後の階でリニューアル工事しているらしく、昼間うるさいよ、と言ってましたが昼間は部屋にいないので気になりませんでした。シャワーの勢いは良かったです。Wi-Fiもサクサク。エアコンも問題なし。冷蔵庫もあり。NHKも観れます。歩いて５、6分（直線距離なら３分くらい）で大きなショッピングモールに行けます。ホテルを出て右に行くとローカルの出店があり、お腹が弱くなければ、ぜひ朝ごはんを召し上がってみてください。安くて美味しかったですよ。ホテルのプールサイドのレストランは席に座って、一生懸命注意をひこうと努力しましたが、全く注文など取りに来てくれず、何も食べずに出ました。仕方なくホテル外で食べましたが、そこが美味しかったので良かったのですが、サービスが行き届いてないな、と思いました。不満はレストランくらいなので、もしまたセブに行く機会があれば泊まりたいホテルです。

初めて使いましたが思ったより大きなホテルで朝食のビュッフェも、良かったですビーチ用のタオルをお願いして1時間近く待たされ、スタッフの、気転がちよっと！って有りましたが、機会が有ればまた。行っても良いホテルだと感じました

高くなかったのであまり期待していませんでしたが、ロビーも部屋も広くて高級ホテルみたいだし、すごく清潔で大満足です。入口ではガードマンがいて荷物チェックと麻薬犬のチェックもありました。エレベーターもカードキーがないとボタンが押せないのでセキュリティもしっかりしてます。部屋では、お湯もちゃんと熱いのが出るし、シャワーの水圧もきちんとあるし、排水も全く問題なかったです。洗面所が少し古さを感じましたが問題ありません。バスタブが付いてるのが良いですね。朝ごはんも豪華でいろんな種類がありました。フルーツが美味しかったです。アヤラモールまでは歩いてすぐでした。工事をしているみたいで９時〜１６時ぐらいまではうるさいです。

室内 wi-fi について

•ホテルの設備室内 wi-fi について部屋の wi-fi は7日間通用のパスワードだった。しかし、4泊5日の滞在の内、i-padは数回、i-phone は毎日設定が必要だった。　 i-phoneは面倒なのでNET接続なしで過ごした。問題はこれ位。

多少古いホテルでしたが、スタッフの対応は素晴らしかったです朝食メニューも豊富でしたし、このクラスではお勧めなホテルでした、何せ、セブでは珍しいほどのお湯の出が強かったので驚いています。

・客室が狭い・トイレの便座のフタが壊れている・朝食が不味い (日本人が食べれるようなものが、かなり少ない) ・日本語が話せるコンシェルジュがいると掲載されていたのであてにして申し込んだのだが、尋ねてみると誰も話せない。情報は常にアップデートしてもらいたい。

良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、客室の快適度

アヤラセンターに近い快適ホテル

約一年半ぶりのパークレーンでしたが、スタッフの対応、サービス内容に変わりなく、快適に一週間過ごせました。特に、スタッフの礼儀正しくフレンドリーなところが気に入っています。ただ、禁煙が以前より厳しくなり、4階の隠れた場所に追いやられ、不便を感じましたが、政府の方針だから諦めています。また、最近は邦人のお客が多くなったことを聞き、嬉しく思っています。アヤラセンターも近く、韓国、中国の観光客が少ない(?)のも、大きな魅力のひとつです。すぐ向かいに、マリオット、クエストホテルがあり、クエストホテルには以前宿泊したことがありますが、今後もパークレーンに泊まろうと思います。
