Excellent customer service and politeness. Expert service, and we loved the amenities that was provided. For example, the pool and spa. As well as the weight room. I'd like to thank Dominic at the front desk for his excellent and expert service. As well as his friendliness. Above and beyond. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AT THIS PLACE AGAIN!! Thank you so much for everything.

the first time I tried to check in I it was 10:45, I was told to come back at 12:00 noon. I came back at 12:00 and was told to come back at 1:00. The people behind the desk where polite enough but didn't seem to be on the same page about check in policy.

Thank you for staying with us. As you see on your booking confirmation, Check-In time is 3:00 PM or later. Check out Time is 12:00 Noon. You were asking to check in before Check Out time. Sometimes we can during slower days and other times we can't because the room is occupied or still being cleaned. Our staff uses the phrase "You can check back at 1PM to see if we have clean rooms but check in time is 3PM."If you need an early check-in, you are able to purchase the room the night prior to ensure you can get into the room early.Thanks again for reaching out to us.

I booked my reservation through EXPEDIA. When I arrived, the desk clerk had no reservation listed :(. I had my confirmation receipt, so that was solved. The bathroom floor could have been cleaner :( Not what I expected from Marriott. :(

nice clean rooms, couches a little uncomfortable, front desk no one there upon initial check in, also no coffee in the morning, in common area, ia the shower water temp control faucet handle was old n wornout had to fiddle with handle to get right water temp.

I stayed in this hotel years ago when visiting my mom. I remember it being very nice. Sadly, the rooms are no longer like they used to be. I have stayed here twice this month because my mom in the hospital. My first room smelled stale and moldy. the furniture was stained. I have pictures. The second stay the furniture was not stained but both mine and my sister's room have that horrible mostly smell. We realized the bathrooms do not have fans. There are open vents but no active suction. It seems the rooms have just been allowed to get damp and musty. you can see ceiling painting and repair and bubbling from moisture. Beds are super mediocre, cheap sheets and pillows But clean. The lobby is very nice and clean and a pleasant place to hang out and work which keeps the place from getting one star. I informed the front desk of the issues. I was told that the hotel was getting remodeled. It's a shame. Will most likely get an airbnb next time. This used to be the nicest hotel in Carson City.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I loved the comfort of the room and bathroom. The shower was great and i appreciated having 4 pillows on the bed. I will definitely come back to stay again.

We always stay this Marriot Residence hotel because of the indoor pool. Our grandchildren, who live in Carson City, can use the pool no matter what time of year we come to visit them. The pool temperature, probably around 85, is perfect.

Everything was excellent, except the sheets did not look like they had been washed and replaced from the previous guests. That, or they just weren't washed well enough. Not sure, but eww. But I honestly think that's probably a somewhat regular thing at some hotels, or at least a regular error that gets made. I would probably go back.

Good location with good restaurants in next door
Hotel comfortable with good spaces. Room cleaning was on request, requested 3 times during 10 day stay and only came once and only changed the towels, no cleaning or bin emptying etc. Staff mostly good except one who was very rude.

Not for business travel
Business trip with three others, our trip was cut a day short however Bonvoys new “policy” made us all pay a cancellation fee which is the same amount as the room. I’ve always been able to come to some agreement in the past at other locations as sometimes circumstances change. I will not be using Bonvoy hotels ever again

The check-in was horrible. I booked two rooms for one night, the front desk said that they only saw one room one night. I showed her my reservation confirmation email. She said this was not their problem, and I should contact Expedia. I tried very hard to find the customer service number for expedia, however nobody was answering the phone call. After spending over half an hour reaching out to both Marriott and Expedia, they finally found the other room for me. Horrible service by both Expedia and Marriott.
