ドライヤーが壊れていたので交換を頼んだら対応が早くすぐに持ってきてくれた。タオルも同様にすぐに持ってきてくれた。日本だと当たり前だけど、アメリカではかなり貴重

The free shuttle picked us up quickly from the airport. Check in was a breeze. Our dinner at the restaurant was delicious, it was a bit pricey though. Free breakfast was delicious and the waiters were so kind. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable.

I will absolutely stay here again! Shuttle service was excellent. Roxanna greeted us at reception and was so helpful! The service and the food in the restaurant was excellent!

We arrived on a late flight we got to our room it had a bad smell like sewer gas. It wasn’t over whelming we shut the bathroom door put a towel down and crashed for a few hours. The smell was only bad when the bathroom door was left open.

This is the second time we have booked with this resort. Overall everything is great. The only reason for 4-stars instead of 5 is the smell of sewer coming from the bathroom. However, I was not the only one with this issue as another person mentioned it too. There were no plumbing issues just the smell.

There was a power outage around 4am in the morning and it was highly inconvenient. I need a compensation because we lost 2 hours of sleep because of that and the next day suffered a lot because of that.

It was very convenient to have the shuttle service from Cancun’s airport to the Farfield Hotel, we didn’t have to wait long. The drivers were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and near the airport. Excellent location!

We only stayed one night as it’s right next to the airport and we needed to be close to pick up a hire car the next day. The staff were really helpful and the room was quite nice but a bit basic.

Be very careful with the shuttle to the airport. We were trying to catch the 04:50 shuttle, but it was 20 mins late. It also has to stop at another hotel. Last the shuttle had some kind of malfunction and the door could not open. There are not emergency exits and eventually one of the smallest person had to climb out a small window and trigger the external emergency release. The driver left us at Terminal 2 when we had to go to 4. He stranded us and provided no info or help on what to do…
