The hotel it’s very close to the beach which is a big plus, also have lots of restaurants to a walking distance as well as convenience stores. The staff was always so friendly and helpful. Just so be aware they only accept cash in all transactions within the hotel, so take cash (although there is a ATM across the street) overall happy with our stay as a family of 4

Location carina, in una ottima via di Santa Ponca dove c'è tutto a portata di mano. Struttura molto carina e accogliente. Stanze molto grandi e comode, forse manca uno specchio ed un mobile in più. Comunque ci tornerei molto volentieri.

Struttura troppo datata, senza aria condizionata e mille scalini per arrivare alla stanza.. senza ascensore. Materassi terribili, troppo vecchi e usurati. Evitate se potete.

The hotelstaff and receptionist gives excellent service and the hotel is ok considering it is a two star hotel. kitchen supplies were limited even if the hotel info said that it was going to be a kitchen that you could use for fx simple cooking. Enough to be able to have breakfast in but you could hardly sit 4 people around the table on the balcony and glasses and cutlery were also limited. Unfortunately we missed that the hotel was situated in the middle of the British/irish bar street making the location maybe not the best for a family vacation. Close to the santa ponsa main beach.

The place would definitely a refreshment. There are things of concern like hard beds, minimal setup in kitchen accessories, ac (optional and expensive) was unreliable and leaked water, the latter was quickly handled by staff but a few days later it started again. A few painting or at least something on the walls would be nice. Pool area was great! Need to secure your beds pretty early but thats normal everywhere today.. The best thing about this place is definitely the location at the end of a busy street.. so you have what u need close by but it was quite enough for a good sleep at night.. Oh.. and not to forget.. the Staff!! Very friendly and taking care of us and the few problems we had.. nice to the kids and generally easy going,, felt like a small family hotel even if it has plenty of apartments. Well done! Make sure to keep them because it really compensates the less good stuff.. Would go again..!

The hotel is really nice! Cleaning of the rooms every second/third day. It was also clean outside and around the pool area too. The staff were polite and nice – especially Valerio who was very service minded and helpful with everything we needed. I have only positive things to say about the hotel and its staff! The only negative experience for us was the very loud and inconsiderate British and Irish tourists which are unfortunately everywhere in Mallorca and not just at this hotel…

Rooms are a little dated but good shower, kitchen area could do with a refit, beds are firm but slept really well on them, towels were changed 3 times in a weeks stay. Great location at the quiet end of the strip. All in all good value for money & we really enjoyed our stay

Prisvärt lägenhetshotell nära centrum och strand
Det är ett helt okej lägenhetshotell. Lite jobbigt med alla trappor då det inte finns hiss. Märkbart vid ankomst och hemgång. Rummet var bra och badrummet väldigt bra. Köket saknade en del för att underlätta matlagning. Poolområdet var mycket bra och hade 2 barnpooler och 1 stor. Poolbaren med underhållning. Lite störande med hög musik till 12 på kvällarna. Visade viktiga fotbollsmatcher och det var positivt. Städningen av rummen inte superbra men jättetrevlig personal. De i receptionen gjorde allt för att vi skulle få en så trevlig semester som möjligt. Hotellet ligger fantastiskt bra och det är nära stan, stranden och större mataffärer. Vi kan mycket väl tänka oss att åka tillbaka. Hotellet är mycket prisvärt!
