We stayed at this property for one night with my family of 5, It was close to the airport and we needed to fly out early the next morning. Unfortunately it was not the most pleasant stay with many more cons than pros! Pros- the home owner was quick at replying and easy to deal with. - it was convenient and close to the airport. - it was new. - the beds were comfortable - a dedicated parking area on the driveway Cons- the kitchen was not clean - the basement suite had an unusual unappealing smell that we needed to spray body spray around so that we could actually sit in the area. - we could not get the TV to connect to our phones so we had no TV. -There was no extra bedding for the futon, (which when unfolded was full of yuck and crumbs) -There was no lock on the connecting door that came into the basement from the owners home. This is a huge privacy and safety issue. They probably had one on their side but definitely not ours, a child about 10 years old came down into the suite while we were playing cards which was very shocking to see!! -The shower and sink in the bathroom were clogged, when we showered we were standing in water up to our ankles. -The kids upstairs were running around and loud, after 9pm the adults must have got company and they were talking or arguing upstairs so loudly it was almost frightening. Once I sent a message they did quiet down, Thankfully.
