Good location
The hotel is located in the center of the city and we could walk around to see various sites. The room was slightly small but it was enough to me. The price was reasonable.

ブエノスアイレス中心部の便利ホテル
繁華街の街中にあってどこに行くにも便利なホテルということでここを選びました。周りはレストランやお店が多く、ちょっとした食事や買い物をするのにとても便利です。繁華街の中なので深夜まで人通りがあり賑やかですが、部屋の中まで喧騒が聞こえてくるほどではありませんでした。他の方の口コミ通り、設備自体は年季が入っており古さを感じます（エレベーター、トイレ、シャワーなど）が、値段相応ということで考えれば問題なく過ごせました。ロビーの係員も英語が話せましたし、空港へのタクシーの手配（EZEまでUSD29、AEP300ペソ）もそれぞれ前日に頼んでおけばスムーズに来てもらえました。タクシーに乗ったときやタンゲリアの予約時もホテル名を告げると「老舗」故かすぐに了解してもらえる点も便利です。朝食のビュッフェはOK（普通）レベルです。

リーズナブルな料金であるが、カードキーが何度か使えなくなり、フロントに行く必要があったり、隣との壁が薄くて色々な音が聞こえるなど不快な点があった。

レセプションが、恐ろしく対応が悪い。ドアキーが不良で、二回もレセプションへ行き、部屋を変更した。 レセプションの英語が、良くない。

どこに行くにも便利なホテルでした。
入り口からレセプション、レストランはクラシカルな雰囲気で、とても良い雰囲気です。もう少し明るいライティング、洗練されたインテリアであれば、もっと良いのではと思いました。部屋は十分な広さでインテリアは改装され美しいです。清掃、シーツも合格点。ただ、バスルーム、トイレ設備がは古く、少々狭く使いづらい。しかし、使用上差支えはありませんでした。 スタッフは洗練されてはいませんが、フレンドリーで親切でした。私はスペイン語が全く話せませんが理解しようと努力してくれました。スタッフは依頼したことも、きちんとやってくれました。 立地、客室、ロビーそしてレストランを併せ考えると、最高のコストパフォーマンスなホテルだと思います。

街の中心に立地していて、フロリダ通りでの買い物や五月通りは徒歩ですぐ。 設備は古いが問題なく快適。5つ星？？って感じはするがリーズナブルで良い。

親切で家庭的
ホテルの従業員がとても親切で、滞在していて気持ちがいい。ホテルそのものは古く、壁が薄いこともあり、遮音に問題があるものの、それらの問題をカバーしてあまりあるサービスといえる。

中心街のホテル
クラシック調で雰囲気が良い。部屋も広い。スタッフも親切。中心街にあり徒歩圏内で、買い物にも便利。そんなに書くこともないのに、無理やり長く書かせるな。

表玄関の雰囲気は良いが、全体的に老朽化している感じが出ており、部屋は狭く、設備等も少しくたびれた感じであった。喫煙部屋、禁煙部屋が階毎に分かれているようで、喫煙部屋の階は非常にタバコ臭かった。 WIFIは無料であったが、非常に遅く、あまり使えない状況（他の宿泊客の利用状況次第）。 近くに小さめのスーパーがあったり、ショッピングモールがあったりと立地は良好。

Certainly a 3 star at best. Property is old and needs massive renovations but location is pretty central with lots to do. My room card didn't work ever and the staff was all to willing to NOT fix the lock or change rooms. Def could use a good cleaning too.

A localização do Hotel é excelente, pessoal muito atencioso mas o Hotel precisa urgente de uma reforma. A parte externa, arquitetura é linda, mas precisa de uma repaginada. Chuveiro com cortina é horrível, elevador muito velho.O quarto que nos colocaram não foi o que haviamos reservado, tentamos mudar, até conseguiram um dos quartos que era como tinhamos feito a reserva mas como só conseguiram faltando 2 dias para a nossa saida optamos por ficar onde estavamos. Na recepção tinha muitos mosquitos e nas dispunham de repelente. A cidade toda estava com muitos mosquitos.

Das Hotel war vielleicht vor 50 Jahren mal was besonderes, mittlerweile gehört es grundsaniert! Die Mitarbeiter in der Bar machen ihren Job sehr langsam und lustlos. Der Pool war leider Anfang Dezember geschlossen, wird angeblich wetterbedingt erst Mitte Dezember geöffnet. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, das Bad ist noch kleiner und durch ein zusätzliches Bidet völlig zugebaut. Wenn man aus der Dusche steigt steht man praktisch im Bidet, bin mehrfach über das Ding gestolpert.

Está precisando de algumas obras de melhoramentos, o café da manhã poderia ter mais opções integrais e sem glúten. Sá cuidado com o serviço de táxi, por causa de dez minutos de espera, o taxista não fez o preço de fechado de 7000, quis 8500. Eu ia dar 8000 como compensação pela espera por livre e espontânea vontade, mas antes de eu eu pagar ele já falou aquele valor. O problema não foi o valor em si, mas o fato de pedir isso quando já estava no aeroporto, poderia ter combinado antes, pois o combinado não sai caro. Cuidado com o serviço de transporte.

El hotel definitivamente no es 5 estrellas. Las habitaciones son viejas, los baños con poca iluminacion y la bañera con areas rayadas. El gimnasio descuidado, sucio, colchonetas manchadas. El desayuno igual todos los dias. El wifi se desconecta (es intermitente)

Hotel bem localizado
Excelente localização ao lado da Rua Florida e obelisco. Tudo estava limpo e arrumado. Bom atendimento. Porém o hotel precisa de uma reforma, para ser um hotel de luxo, pois está com aspecto de abandono.

This property has a lovely renovated lobby, but the positives end there. It’s advertised “English-style” room was quaint, clean, and had everything I needed; however, it was quite dated. There was cracked, peeling plaster around the perimeter of the ceiling moulding that was falling. The air conditioning did not work. The taps in the bathroom and shower had to be turned so far to turn on that they would detach if I wasn’t careful. These things are minor, and it is a well located hotel with friendly staff. I am bothered to complain because the ONLY REASON I booked this hotel for approx $250 CAD for the night was for the beautiful pool and outdoor space advertised in the photos here on Expedia and their own website. It was 30 degrees Celsius daily for the two days of my overnight stay, and it was a long trek of travel, so I was rewarding myself. However, when I changed to my bathing suit and went to ask the front how to find the pool area I was told that the pool was “closed for the season” because “it’s winter.” When I said I only booked for this reason, no compensation or refund was offered. The language barrier of course is a factor here, but I am quite disappointed as I would not have spent this kind of money without a pool (since the room alone was in no way worth that!). Breakfast is not included either.

Good Photoshop work, the hotel is very dirty and does not look anything like the pictures. The walls are very thin, you can clearly hear every room around yours. Also, my computer was briefly stolen in the lobby by someone taking my backpack while I was distracted for a second, the person left a similar backpack in its place, but I noticed a small difference, ran to the thief who was at the revolving door and started yelling at him, he dropped the backpack and fled. What surprised me is no one in the hotel staff that saw what happened seemed to care about the incident.
