La habitación estaba reservada y paga a través de Hoteles.com desde el 5/5/17. (Habitación familiar con 1 cama matrimonial y 2 individuales con desayuno incluído para una noche check-in 26/7/17 y check-out 27/7/17). El día anterior avisamos x mail que ingresaríamos el 26/7 tarde ya que el vuelo arrivaba 23.30 hs a Ezeiza. No fue contestado. Al llegar al hotel a la 1.15 hs del 27/7 nos dicen que tienen la habitación ocupada y no tenían lugar. Ante el enojo nuestro nos dice que va a ver si pude alojarnos en otro hotel cercano del mismo dueño. Luego de un rato nos dice que vayamos a Didi hotel. Le tuvimos que pedir que llame un taxi y le diga la dirección, para nosotros desconocida. Al llegar al mismo nos dicen que teníamos que pagar y que nos mantendrían la tarifa del Blue Soho y que no tenía desayuno. Tuvimos que explicarle que ya estaba pago el alojamiento. Cerca de las 3.00 hs pudimos ingresar a la habitación, la cual parecía no estar en uso por la alta de mantenimiento. A la mañana pedimos alguna solución por el tema desayuno, después de un rato nos dicen que tomemos el desayuno en Blue Soho, fuimos caminando. Nos dieron una mesa diminuta para los 4 y un desayuno lamentable. Después de ahí tuvimos que desayunar en un café cercano a nuestro costo. Al dejar la habitación en el 3ºpiso de Didi Hotel el ascensor no funcionaba. tuvimos que pedir ayuda para bajar equipaje por las escaleras para no esperar la reparación. Una experiencia desastrosa.

location location location
Only thing good about this hotel is it's location right in the middle of Palermo soho. I had book an executive room (and paid extra $ for it) and room was not available so stayed in a different room. Checked-in at 3pm, they were still cleaning and had to wait. Internet doesn't work in rooms... Humid and moisty

Desagradable
Lo unico bueno es la ubicación. Entramos a la habitación y lo primero fue un olor horrible a cigarrillo. Despues todas las paredes sucias y descascaradas, nada que ver con las fotos que muestran en la pagina. El baño un asco, las paredes todas picadas negras y con hongos. La ducha funciona mal, sib presion y con agua fria. Las toallas todas rotas, los almohadones de las camas destenidas por la lavandina. La televisión se veia toda borrosa, el wifi no llegaba a la habitación. En pocas palabras, desagradable nuestra etadia. No se lo recomiendo a nadie!

la recepción fue bastante rapida, pero de las cuatro personas que estaban en el servicio solo una fue amable y cordial, las demas no (falta de capacitacion paraa ese tipo de trabajo). con respecto al hotel en si, se nota que jamas invirtieron en mantenimiento, está muy deteriorado, hay olor a veneno para ratas. Mi habitacion no tenia ventana! solo una muy chiquita lo que no cumplia con la minima ventilacion, el tv andaba mal, las griferias del baño estaban rotas, el agua caliente salia cuando queria, las toallas rotas y sucias. El desayuno bien (normal) y la atencion (vuelvo a repetir) cero onda! El bar mal (cerveza caliente / natural).

Expected much more
Hotel staff was amazing, but room itselt was disappointing. They had problems with water supply, so we basically could not use shower or toilet for 2 days. Room needs some major refurbishment. It did not look a lot like what we have seen on pictures. The only good thing about breakfast was a nice coffee because the choice was very poor. Even banannas were almost black - not fresh at all.

Nice location and staff, but low standard
Friendly and helpful staff and a good location, but this place need some serious maintainance work. The room did not look like anything in the pictures. It was dirty, smelled of mold and very worn down. There was also flies in our room. I can not recommend it to anyone.

Hotel razoável. Staff atencioso. Bairro noturno
Quartos com infiltração que não aparecem nas fotos. Chuveiro com pouca vazão de água. Café ruim e fraco só com pão manteiga e geléia e banana. Minifrigobar minúsculo que não gela bem. Travesseiros ruins. Wifi com sinal fraco no quarto. No entanto, a atenção e cordialidade dos amáveis funcionários amenizou os defeitos do hotel proporcionando ainda assim uma estadia razoável. A área é ideal para bares e restaurantes à noite. Para as demais atrações de BsAs anda-se um pouco até a estação de metrô, no entanto a caminhada é por lugares seguros e de vista agradável. Bairro muito tranquilo e um dos lugares mais bonitos da cidade para caminhar e se perder nas ruas com suas lojas bares e restaurantes da moda.

Piso sinistro
Eu quase caí umas três vezes no quarto porque o piso era enjambrado, tipo um tapete plástico que tá Paga um grande buraco, algo sinistríssimo! Quarto sem janelas, fiquei com medo de ligar o ar-condicionado. Enfim, me senti roubada, pois as fotos do anúncio eram bem diferentes.

Quant stylish little hotel in a perfect location.
The room wasn't best i've had quality wise but overall it was very stylish and the bed was excellent. The service was spot on all the time.

Mistake
We stayed in the retro room. Not like the photos at all. Rooms are very very old. Our ceiling leaked majority of the time. Hard to figure out the air. Always had to call for towels. Shower leaked into the floor outside the sink. We could not wait to leave. It motivates us to get out and do lots of activities because we did not want to be in the room at all.

Hotel com localização perfeita precisa de reforma
Hotel super bem localizado, equipe muito boa e super solicita mas o hotel precisa passar por reformas urgentemente. Os quartos estão com muito mofo nas paredes. O café da manhã é simples, merecia ter pelo menos algum frio como queijo.

La habitación que me dieron no tiene ventana como muestran en las fotografías, con olor a humedad y manchas en la pared. Le falta ventilación y luz natural. El piso no estaba muy limpio. El control de TV no funcionaba bien

No estaba el lugar reservado
Llegamos con la reservación confirmad y nos dijeron que no había lugar. Nos querían mandar a otro lado. Nos dijeron que reembolsarían el dinero así que lo estamos esperando.

Hotel razoável, eu voltaria!
Achei um bom hotel. É estiloso, bonito, limpo, otimamente localizado, dá vontade de voltar no fim do dia, boa cama, bom banho, aconchegante. Entretanto, acho que as fotos do site não condizem exatamente com a realidade. Acho que falta manutenção, pois possui parede do box rachada e pintura já desgastada. O café da manhã deixa muito a desejar, é bem diferente das fotos. O atendimento é gentil, talvez um pouco mais de preparo fosse bom.

great location and staff but rooms need improving
Old narrow house converted to hotel so odd layout of rooms. Was pouring down in BA and the triple upstairs had patches of mould on walls so we moved downstairs and got an extra bed added. This room on the corridor had a frosted window onto hall with no curtain and the lights stayed on all night so we didn't sleep well. Also laminate floor was almost giving way in places. Staff very friendly though.

Apesar da boa aparência, o hotel tem falhas inaceitáveis para o padrão internacional de turismo. Nesta minha última estada, faltou agua para o chuveiro, torneiros e até para a descarga da privada. A calefação não funciona, o que torna o hotel inviável para estadas durante o inverno. Além disso, informados sobre os problemas durante a estada, os atendentes nada fizeram para resolver os problemas apontados. O café da manhã é pobre em opções, oferece pouca fruta, apenas um tipo de pão, nenhuma opção para celíacos ou diabéticos, e também não conta com atendimento fora de hora. Para entrar no hotel a qualquer hora do dia ou da noite, é preciso tocar a campainha várias vezes, porque os atendentes ficam no fundo do hotel e é muito comum que não escutem que há alguém na porta querendo entrar. Se é de madrugada, então, a experiência chega a ser amedrontadora, uma vez que se trata de uma região com muitos assaltos e certa insegurança. Não foi uma boa experiência e não recomendo a futuros hóspedes que busquem esse hotel como opção para estar em Buenos Aires, ainda mais num período de tempo mais estendido. A preparação do staff parece pobre, também, a impressão que se têm é que são jovens universitários fazendo um trabalho de "freelancer" e não profissionais do turismo ou da hotelaria. É uma pena, pois trata-se de uma casa bonita e muito bem localizada na cidade. O pior ponto, insisto, é o abastecimento irregular da água e o fato de, várias vezes, ter faltado para o banho e a descarga.

Choose a Hostel Instead
I never leave hotel reviews. However, I feel that it is important that people know exactly what they are signing up for with Blue Soho hotel. My first morning at Blue Soho, I asked the hotel staff for assistance directing the cab driver. When I went to get the taxi at 7:15, he told me he made a mistake and requested it for the wrong time. He was being extremely pushy about me using the service he had called instead of a regular taxi. All in all, this cost me 3x the price it should have, and I am sure he was getting a kickback from overcharging me. When I told the manager about this, he told me he would handle it... which he did not. My room was freezing cold. The hallway is covered, but the ceiling opens to the outside so it gets very, very cold. Although it states that there is heating in the rooms, it is extremely poor. It was not until I insisted I be moved to another room that anyone took my complaint seriously. Although the website states that there is heating in the rooms, it is extremely poor. Also, the water in the room would take approximately 10 minutes to heat up. My overall recommendation is not to stay here if you need any assistance from the hotel staff or want any sort of amenities. The pictures make the hotel look very nice, however once you step outside the lobby, it loses all of it's appeal. The location is fabulous, but I would recommend staying in a hostel. It would be the same quality of amenities and significantly cheaper price.

This friendly hotel, more like a B&B is n the hear of Palermo Soho. Although a little tied the location is excellent as is the friendly service. If your a light sleeper remember your in the main city. Excellent for a short stay !

Disappointing
We stayed here for the last few nights of a three week holiday in Argentina. Palermo is a great area to stay in with a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops but sadly, we were extremely disappointed with our room. We had booked an executive king early and asked for a special room as we were celebrating two special occasions. The Retro room we were given fell well short of what we had been hoping for. Everything felt very tired and worn and there was no outside window at all. Sadly, there was no alternative room available. The staff were really helpful but the room took the shine off the last few days of our stay in Argentina.

Nice neighborhood and location. Very good staff.
The hotel has a very good location, in the pleasant neighborhood of Palermo. The staff is very nice and helpful. Certainly the best features of the hotel. The unpleasant experience was in the hotel room. It had mold everywhere, and was not clean. The floor was damaged in an area near the shower, and the TV was hanging with some disturbing wires, and some more mold. Plus, the sheets had holes. I guess it was not quite what you expect when you enter a nice lobby in a good neighborhood, with a friendly reception.

tres bon rapport qualité pric
arrivée tardive, départ très tôt,... Dans les deux cas, aucune difficulté, ce qui est bien pour un hotel assez petit. Personnel attentif. Situation parfaite dans Palermo.

Billigt med kanon läge!
Ett trevligt litet hotell för en mycket liten peng. Dock så var rummen mycket slitna och ostädade. Men priset var ju därefter. Plus var att personalen på plats var mycket hjälpsamma. Trots att vissa av dom talade begränsad engelska.

Abysmal Experience
This hotel was nice at some point but has broken down significantly over the years. Neither the shower nor the lights in my room worked. There was no hot water and the room was infested with mosquitoes. Also, there was considerable black stuff (presumably mold) around the shower. It was a mess. After bringing it to management's attention, I was told that this was the room I reserved and I had to wait to see if someone would check-out in order to get into another room. After one night, I ended up leaving the hotel to stay at another location, even though I'd prepaid for my three day stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel or return.

Great location, but poor room conditions.
For the price and what others had rated this hotel for (4/5 in Tripadvisor), the hotel is quite poor. We had a first floor room and it was not in very good condition. The wall was spotted and dirty, the floorboard was not even and peeled in some parts (you can see paper being stuffed to one of them to keep it level), we received frayed towels that doesn't seems very clean either, the A/C was extremely loud, and I found a spider in the bathtub. Not a big fan of the bathtub/shower being literally in the bedroom, leaves no privacy whatsoever and water splashes out to the floor. We had booked the hotel in advance for $84 but when I checked the price at Hotels.com at the day of, it was $48. Maybe if it was $48 and I knew what to expect I wouldn't be as disappointed. But for having a decent rating in Hotels.com and Tripadvisor and costing twice as much, it was a big let down. Long story short, we ended up booking another hotel for our second night.

No geral muito bom, com a equipe super agradável, sobretudo a ítalo-argentina Lara. O que decepciona um pouco são os quartos standard, que deveria ser reformados, pois deixam com a impressão de Hostel e não de Hotel. A localização é perfeita, perto de tudo em Palermo Soho.

Hotel inospedable
Tuve que cambiarme de hotel, hongos en el cielo de la habitación, en el baño y en las esquinas. Olor a humedad horroroso. Tuve que perder el valor cancelado.
