スタッフのレベルの改善が必要、場所は抜群に便利

シャワーはカーテンも何もないので水浸しになります。親切なスタッフとそうでない笑顔のないスタッフと半々です。朝食は大したことはないので食べる価値はないでしょう。近くの割引の菊駐車場のチケットももらえますが、使い方の説明を受けておらず知らなかったので、うまく使えず一晩30ユーロ支払いました。

テラス付きの部屋しかなかったのでそれで申し込みましたが、１階のしかも増設のレストランを通ってしか行けない部屋で部屋の外がテラスとジェットバスが屋根なしでおいてありました。雨だったので結局使いませんでした。意味ない。２階以上の屋根付きテラスというイメージでしたのでガッカリでした。駅までタクシーをホテルで頼みましたが、白タクでしかも３５ユーロ、行きの倍の値段をいわれました。普通タクシーをホテルで頼むと正規のタクシーを呼んでくれると思いますが、ひどいと思いました。

スタッフの心配りが素敵なプチホテル

ショッピングやレストランが集中するエリアから五分ほどと程よく離れて静かに過ごせるホテル。ワインツアーなどの集合場所にも使われる観光案内所にも十分とロケーションは抜群。部屋はワンルームの室内にシャワールームを入れたという不思議な作りですが、センスのよい部屋の飾りや造りは心地よくくつろげます。スタッフもフレンドリーで、ウェルカムワインやカヌレのサービスも。中庭のレストランは軽くワインを飲む程度にしか利用しませんでしたが、ゆったり外の空気に触れながらくつろげて賑わっているようでした。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

素晴らしいロケーション

入り口は少しわかりにくいですが、ロケーションが良く、どこに行くのも便利です。スタッフがフレンドリーで、お部屋にはカヌレのサービス、バーではウェルカムドリンクと、楽しんでもらおうという気持ちが伝わってきます。お部屋は通りに面していないので静かで落ち着きますが、すぐ下が中庭で夕方からワインバーになるので賑やかな時間帯もあります。バスルームにはジェットバスが付いていてリラックスできますが、終了させた後も勝手に作動したりしてやや使いづらかったです。

市の中心の便利なこぎれいなホテル

市の中心に位置し、ツーリストオフィスやトラムに比較的近い便利な場所にあります。ホテルのレセプションスタッフは気が利いて感じのよい対応をしてくれました。ホテル併設のワインバーは、ワインのラインナップ、スタッフともそこそこといった感じです。部屋は満足できる広さで、ベッド他の設備も満足できます。ただし、シャワーしかなかったのは非常に残念でした。

中心部至近のプチホテル

市内中心部そのもののためロケーションは絶好、プチホテルということもあり、根本的な建物の構造像の古さ（例：階段）はどうしようもないが、内容についてはリノベーションされており快適、アメニティもエルメス、クスミンティーなど気を使っており、プチホテルとしては十分以上の水準。このプチホテルという点で好き嫌いは分かれると思いますが、とてもいいホテルと思います。

I like the staff very friendly. Nice room and very confortable bed. Good qualitu and variety of foods for breakfast I don't like the complementary services. No fitness center no swimming pool. Saturday night the front door before 1 am was closed. It's strange for a 5 stars hotel

lovely boutique

this gorgeous little boutique on the edge of the old town is delightful in many ways. the staff are VERY concerned about your well-being. we enjoyed a wine tasting with the hotel somm was super; would highly recommend it. we did not get to enjoy the breakfasts so I can't comment there. the issue I had was that it is an older building and the floors are very noisy. anyone that walks in the room above you makes a lot of noise. other than that, a tremendous stay.

Enjoyable stay in Bordeaux

Excellent location!! Right in heart of Bordeaux and easy walking to all the sights and a plethora of restaurants! The receptionists at the hotel were extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean and quiet.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und effizient. Die Ausstattung ist nicht besser, als man es erwarten kann. Der Zimmerpreis, circa € 500,00 pro Nacht ist aber keinesfalls gerechtfertigt, weder von der Lage noch von der Ausstattung her. Deshalb fragen Sie wohl auch nicht nach dem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis?!

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral und man kommt mit Tram und Bus überall hin. Trotz der guten Lage ist das Hotel sehr ruhig und im Innenhof kann man sich gut entspannen. Unser Zimmer wat eher klein.

Tout était parfait. - accueil (sourire, aide pour les bagages, visite de l'établissement, etc..) - emplacement calme, sûr et proche centre ville - chambre bien agencée, literie confortable - petit déjeuner au top (produits artisanaux, locaux/régionaux, frais, variés, sucrés et salés) - proximité parking public avec tarif négocié - cour intérieure agréable et spa (pas eu le temps d'en profité.. séjour trop court malheureusement) je recommande.
