Es un hotel pequeño y muy bonita que tiene una excelente atención personalizada. Cuidan todos los detalles para que la estancia sea muy agradable. El desayuno es variado. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. Lo único qué hay que tener presente es que no tiene aire acondicionado, pero yo no lo necesité en ningún momento por lo fresca de la ciudad. Very nice and hotel. Relaxing view of the mountains. Friendly staff and super polite. The room we got had a malfunction with the hot water system. They upgraded us immediately to a suite for the inconvenience. Breakfast was good. The only thing is that the sliding door of the porch doesn't close good and I didn't like that

At a glance the room we choose was a bit small for us, gladly Alex in charge of reservations re assign us the next day to a bigger suite with better amenities. The service was great from all the staff and were very helpful in all our needs. This is a great location since it is close to one if the best shopping malls in Bogota, Unicentro is within 12 min walk or you can choose to rent a bike and take a bike to the mall where there is plenty of food offerings. The location is great since it is away from high traffic streets, it is quiet inside a great neighborhood. I’ll come back again.

Nos gusto mucho la cama, muy confortable para descansar. El control de agua de la ducha debe cambiarse por un sistema de dosificación de agua mas amigable con el ambiente. Los sistemas americanos malgastan agua y genera derrames fuera de la ducha.

Confort et calme
Excellent établissement avec un rapport qualité prix remarquable. Les chambres sont très spacieuses avec beaucoup de rangements. Le petit coin cuisine est très pratique. Grande salle de bain , douche avec couchette ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas dans ce pays . Literie impeccable.Service d’accueil très aimable et disponible . Le petit déjeuner buffet est très correct . A une demi heure en taxi du centre de Bogota dans un quartier résidentiel avec vue sur les montagnes , on peut se trouver un peu excentré mais ça en vaut la peine . J’y avait déjà séjourné et l’avais recommandé à des amis . J’y retournerai volontiers.

El cuarto fue muy bueno muy amplio muy bien equipado nos encanto, tenia mejores expectativas del desayuno es muy completo pero estaba un poco amargo algunas cosas, pesimo el servicio de atención de la recepción durante el día llamamos durante 3 horas y nadie contesto tuvimos que comunicarnos a la cocina, el recepcionista nos comento que nos devolvia la llamada para confirmarnos algo y nunca lo hizo ademas con mala actitud, la televisión no funcionó durante la estadía.

The Faranda Team is always committed to go above and beyond. They provide an outstanding service. The Faranda is very well located and for the price is one of the best choices. The rooms are big and they have a living space with a kitchenette, they are really comfortable.

My stay at This hotel was great! The staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean and centrally located. Walking distance to supermarket, restaurants and beautiful parks. A good tip would be to request a higher floor if street noise bothers you. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Comfortable hotel in upscale part of town
"Hotel Faranda - Club House". Stayed here already 6 years ago. Comfortable quiet rooms with kitchenette and a little table, good for guests on business. Small gym on top floor, though the only cardio machines are 3 older bikes. Area is relatively quiet and about 5-10 minutes walk away from good restaurants and malls. Friendly personnel. Significant charge for having visitors.

A great stay!
We had an excellent stay! The room was comfortable and perfect for my father and I as there is a tv and book shelf console that divides the bed from the living room area. The sofa bed was even comfortable! Only suggestion for others is if they are light sleepers that they request a quiet room in advance. Though we didn't use it much, the kitchenette is convenient to have. Breakfast was a nice variety of local cuisine and western-style. We checked in late and out early and the night staff were especially helpful and very warm! We very much enjoyed our time at Faranda Bogotá!

Hotel said they were full at check-in and they booked another hotel for us. Wth? We would have cancelled but had already prepaid Expedia and didn’t want to get into that mess the night of our stay. The hotel said the replacement was of equal value—but when we arrived at the other hotel it was at the corner of a massive busy intersection many blocks away from this hotel’s location. I normally don’t write reviews but I wanted to note this onto this hotel’s reviews in case they are doing this as a general business practice.

Good Morning First of all, we apologize for what happened with the reservation. We ratify that it is not a common or usual practice in our hotel. Especially in this case, we had a high occupancy that forced us to relocate the reservation in another allied hotel. We offered apologies at the time, managed to handle the situation trying not to make a big impact on the guest and we offered a courtesy in our hotel for what happened.

The hotel is close to a street, so there will be a little noisy when vehicles passing by. The breakfast buffet doesn’t have many choices, just basic foods.
