El hotel está cerca de restaurantes. El personal fue muy atento en especial el Sr. Leonardo tube unas dudas referente al hotel y este me ayudó en todo y estubo al pendiente de todo. Estube cuatro días en el hotel.

Nice place me and my wife enjoyed spending some days there and the area is very nice and secure, we could have used that the tv was with Netflix in the nights

No heat or air conditioning in rooms. Noisy construction outside, we had to leave window open all the time to keep room cool. Horrible view of next door's roof being repaired. Friendly staff though. Expensive breakfast.

Dear Mrs Lucia.We are very sorry for the inconvenience, but since Bogotá is a city with a cold climate, air conditioning is not required in the rooms. External noise is foreign to our facilities, but if you request it at reception, a room change could have been made.We are always willing to address your concerns.

This hotel is very reasonably priced. Rooms are not plush but are sufficient. Some mold in the shower was disappointing. Breakfast was great and lobby bar at night was good also. Location is walking distance to parque de 93. Nice restaurants there. Neighborhood is very safe. Nice hotel for short stays.

Agradable sorpresa después de 10 años
Hace 10 años me alojé en el hotel y no fue una buena experiencia. Decidí volver y a excepción de un cuarto muy iluminado para mi gusto la experiencia estuvo buena. La ducha es excepcional, el desayuno puede mejorar sustancialmente, particularmente el jugo de naranja. Los empleados del hotel sumamente amables. Aún cuando está en una calle algo ruidosa, es de fácil acceso. Pregunten por el wi-fi, y por la forma de abrir la caja fuerte, porque de entrada no se los dicen. Volveré.

We just loved this Hotel. The staff was always kind and available to fulfill any request with a smile. It's a shame that we didn't use the restaurant more; we just loved the few things we tried. The area where it is located feels safe and walkable. A pharmacy just in front, restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and more. The room had a Jacuzzi, they keep all of your things tidy every day. There is no noise inside your bedroom.
