Overall we had a good experience. I love the overall look of the hotel with stone like features, drop off pool with views of the sea, restaurant for dinner was amazing and artistic! All staff were so helpful and met the owners wife who was so nice too. Only wish this was directly on the ocean otherwise loved everything.

We had a deluxe corner room Positives - view from pool is lovely of the sea and surrounding countryside - general grounds well maintained and planted - staff helpful generally, due to very limited English they did the best they could to help Disappointing - Bathroom, e.g. missing grout in floor tiles, stained shower tray, no hot water on first day - No deep soaking bath only a shower - No general information available in the room about hotel facilities or area - No private beach info given, is there one? - Limited hotel parking - Breakfast was so-so, variable. Negative - Only storage for clothing was one drawer in desk and one wardrobe with 5 hangers and a shelf below. Not enough storage for two people's clothing for a holiday - Room too bright at night/in the morning - air conditioning effective but bright blue power light meant that room was very light to sleep in at night and because there are 2 small, high windows with no covering it was light very early in the mornings. - On returning to the hotel at the end of our first day with bottled water were told that 'it is forbidden to bring own food and drink into the hotel'. Only bottled water provided was in room minibar at charge of 8L (over a £1) for a small 33cl bottle of water. - Wifi completely unreliable Be aware - Hotel site itself has lots of mainly cobbled slopes and steps to access rooms, pool and facilities - Walk to beach and promenade is downhill and is a steep return walk

Bu oteli Turgutreis de Cumartesi akşamı düzenlenen konser için seçtik ve hafta sonu geçirdik. Otelin konumu manzara olarak güzel ama tatil oteli değil. Odada bavul koymak için her otelde standat buluna sehpayı sordum, ö büroda yüzü hiç gülmeyen görevli o ne diye sordu. Personel turizmden fazla nasip almamış, şikayetimizden sonra biraz ilgi gösterdiler. Kahvaltı 4 yıldız bir otele göre değil, peynirler lezzetsiz ve kalitesiz, hava çok sıcak, soğuk zincir içinde değiller, gıda zehirlenmesi riski var. Cumartesi öğle yemeğinde ek buz istedik, kalmadı dediler, telefonla getirttiler. Otelin sahibi sadece Almanya'dan geldiğini düşündüğümüz tanıdıkları ile ilgileniyor, kendinizi otelde rahat hissetmiyorsunuz. Fiyat/hizmet kalitesi dengesiz, hiç kimseye tavsiye etmem.

I booked a room for 3 people since they promote on their room description they have double bed and single bed room. It was very disappointing to see that they only had a portable bed instead. They should be more honest in advertising their rooms like other hotels are. At least it gives me the right the choose and not feel deceived. Then did not really like the smell of the 1st floor rooms....

Clean and comfortable; staff very friendly and eager to be of help; short shuttle to the beach was offered at no cost; pool very clean (after staff had completed the task that stopped use of the pool on Day 1); food is good but sometimes missed the mark in attempting to produce hybrid dishes when we asked for food that replicates traditional Turkish cuisine as close as possible (menu is largely burgers, pasta etc. but the staff were responsive to our requests)

The hotel is very nice and the personnel are very friendly. The hotel is very small, with convenient and clean rooms. However, the hotel is very inconveniently located far from the beach and all the main attractions (not in walking distance).

Balayı için tercih ettim ve otelden henüz ayrıldım. Muhteşem bir otel. Normal bir oda aldık fakat, balayı çifti olduğumuz için ve uygun odalarıda bulunduğundan bize suit oda verdiler. Sabah kahvaltı ve akşam yemekleri harika. Personel muhteşem. İnanılmaz huzurlu bir ortam. Otelin her bir çalışanı güler yüzlü ve özenle seçilmiş. Verdiğiniz parayı sonuna kadar hakeden bir otel. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim
