Discover a charming holiday home nestled amidst the beautiful vineyards near Barjac in Southern Ardèche. This house presents a spacious living area consisting of a fully equipped open kitchen with modern amenities seamlessly connected to a welcoming dining area and a cosy sitting space. Additional conveniences like a separate entrance hall, a well-appointed shower room, and bedrooms adorned with comfortable bedding offer a relaxing retreat.

The private pool, spanning 11m x 7m, invites relaxation and is heated from mid-April to the end of September. Enjoy lounging on sunbeds while taking in breathtaking views of the vineyards and the serene countryside.



This home is in southern Ardèche, between Barjac and Vallon Pont d'Arc, 15 minutes from the gorges of the Ardeche and the Cave of Pont d'Arc, 40 minutes from Uzès, ideal for nature lovers. Ideal starting point to discover the Provençal and the Cevennes.
