I loved the hotel at the first instance itself because of the fragrance even before entering the lobby. Nice rooms, excellent food, good ambience, even good music, great outdoor roof top swimming pool. There were 2 minor glitches, no.1 - shower leak and even after giving a complaint to the sales manager, it was not fixed. No.2. We needed to go at a distance of 0.8 km and since we had luggage, we requested the sales manager to have a vehicle drop us. Public transport availability was really poor in the area. The manager said he will check and let us know but he never returned. If it was against hotel policy, he could have told us the same. I think if the same would have been looked after, you sure would have had a loyal customer for life.
