Like most European hotels, the room is small but it’s really clean and the bed is so comfortable. I do appreciate the people at the Front Desk. They were kind, helpful and welcoming. This property is walking distance from a lot of great dining areas and places to visit.

We traveled as a family with a small baby. The room was good size for the three of us. The hotel provided us a cot bed that was already prepared in our room upon our arrival. The staff were very kind and helpful. Our room was on the 5th floor which is probably under the laundry room as we heard washing machines rumbling while spinning and some other noises that were quite loud. The lifts are also very tiny so it was quite a manoeuvre to get the buggy in. The location of the hotel is great, we could walk everywhere we wanted.

Overall i enjoyed this hotel - the staff were all friendly and accommodating, the room cleaned but kind of small. My only complaint was the internet was very inconsistent. it would connect and disconnect the entire week i was there. when it was connected sometimes it would be super slow. i'm not sure if it was overloaded with other people at peak hours or what. the lobby wasnt much better. if you want to be disconnected and offline to relax then stay here. if you need to get work done on the internet find another location with quality internet.

The hotel in general is good for a short stay trip. The staff were very welcoming and courteous and we were attended immediately during check in and check out. The location is fantastic and accessible to all major tourist landmarks. Breakfast were excellent as they served variety of food choices. However, few minor issues i noticed like elevator is small and can only accomodate 3 regular sized person, and no electric kettle in the room in case you want a hot tea at night. Nevertheless, we had a memorable stay. Thank you Grupotel Gravina. We will definitely book again soon.

We loved our stay here. Nothing was too much. The room was super clean and well looked after. The hotel staff were very friendly and nice. Ideally located for las ramblas but quiet at night which is needed for light sleepers! I will stay here again in the future for certain. Thank you so much! Nicola innes and family xx

First visit to Barcelona
This hotel is perfectly located for Las Rambla eateries, the HOHO buses, and most highly sought after sites to see. The only thing I don't understand is why Europeans don't have ice machines in the hallways. But the bartender was very accommodating.

The location was excellent and breakfast was ok. The connection of the tv channels and the fridge didnt work. The room was extremely small, nothing to do with the pictures. I couldnt walk through the bathroom, I had to jump from the bed. I doubt I will come back again.

Family trip to Barcelona
The hotel was near to the main square and only a short walk away from bars and restaurants. We were a family go 4 and the room was quite small for us, although we only used the hotel as a base to sleep.

Nice, newer affordable boutique hotel in the quieter portion of the downtown area close to shopping and restaurants. I will book again in my next trip to Lisbon.

Nice hotel, I have stayed here a few times, it’s a little quirky with an annex and a bit of a maze to get to your room. But lovely, clean and close to everything. The staff are friendly too.

Room was really tiny. Much smaller than it looked in pictures. in need of some updates as our toilet didn’t flush properly and holes in the curtains. There were two twin beds together but one was like an inch higher. Asked for the extra bed but no blankets given for the bed just sheets. However, it was close to major shopping and subways. But I feel for the cost I paid it was a little high. If you are not expecting or needing a large room and get it cheap it was fine. Lobby very clean elevators extremely tiny. Also didn’t like you had to use a room key to operate lights and only one switch seemed to control them all.

Very good stay
The hotel was clean, the room was clean. The staff was very nice and the breakfast is unusually good. The room was very, very small, but that is common for Europe, and if all you are doing is sleeping in the room it doesn’t matter.

This place looks way nicer in the pictures posted by the hotel than in real life. Our room was filthy and in a state of disrepair. Large stains on the curtains, reading lights were grimy and falling apart, stains and marks all over the walls, many bathroom fixtures were literally falling off the walls, the laminate flooring was peeling. Would never stay here again.
