Ernie at the bar took amazing care of us. The food and hospitality is extremely top notch. The room was perfect and it made for such a memorable and beautiful trip experience.

The property was lovely . Perfect for my daughter’s sweet 16 celebration! The only thing we didn’t like was the parking . There needs to be some communication that the property doesn’t own the self serve parking so to save time money and headaches guest should valet. That was extremely inconvenient as we spend almost $40 for a one time entry self park option and the valet was $60 for multiple entries.

Nice property, being downtown it is very busy, can hear music all night long from the bars, only valet parking available, room was not very cleanly to begin with

Great sized rooms and service was great. However there was a huge leak coming from above the shower which cancelled our breakfast room service and shower experience. How do I not even get offered a complimentary night due to this huge inconvenience?

Everything from this property was excellent. My favorite part was that you provided a pack-and-play already assembled. This is the first time it happens! Most of the times hotels provide these unassembled. PS: Food was delicious

I’ve never stayed at an Omni hotel before. It was nice and luxurious. I picked out this spot because it was within walking distance from the Austin Half. I would like to give the Omni Hotel another go and make use of it’s amenities.
