-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.

Wonderful little cottage

We had a wonderful, long weekend in Austin. This little cottage was just what we needed as a home base. It was close to everything but also in a very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again!

Great place!

Awesome stay. The place was clean, comfortable and felt safe. It is an excellent neighborhood with coffee shops and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed walks through the neighborhood and longer walks downtown. It's kind of perfect here!

This house was a perfect house for a weekend in Austin: - Downtown was only a 5-minute Uber ride - A grocery store, coffee shop and a couple of restaurants were just one block away. - The house was super clean with everything that we needed.

Super cute bungalow. Very efficient use of space. Clean. Good shower pressure. Great location. And communication w owners was great. Recommend for 2 people or two couples. Bedrooms are spacious. Will be back!

Fabulous Rental

My husband and daughter and I stayed in this wonderful home. The kitchen is so impressive and well stocked. Beds and linens are great too! We walked to all neighborhood restaurants. Will definitely return!

Beyond Expectations

Eason Street property was a gem. It was clean, comfortable, updated and just as the pictures showed. Perfect for two couples. The location was beyond our expectations, Clarksville neighborhood with amenities close by. A store, a bar, a coffee shop, and possibly one of the best Italian restaurants. Cippolina was perfection.

Place was just like listing. (We were curious about the pool in the back?!) One bathroom fan was non-functioning. Kitchen fairly well-equipped. The neighborhood was really calm and peaceful which we appreciated.

This was our first trip to Austin but we don’t intend for it to be our last. We love Austin. We found the property very welcoming and so conveniently located. If I were to make any suggestion for improvement, it would be to add some drawer storage to the primary bedroom. But overall, it was a great trip!

Fun time in Austin

Cute house and loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. The location was fantastic as it offered a short walk to some great food and drink and also breakfast in the morning. It was also great being so close to downtown Austin. We had a great stay here and I would recommend it to others who are visiting Austin with friends.

Weekend stay
