Not queen size beds
The beds are advertised as queen size. They are queen size frames, but NOT queen size mattresses. This makes the bed small and the corners of the frames extend 3-4 inches beyond the mattresses which caused us to hit our shins several times while walking around the bed. We normally sleep in a king size and were willing to downsize for vacation, but going fro king to full is a lot bigger step than from king to queen. GET BIGGER MATTRESSES.

Conveniently Located!
Everything was neat and clean, which is super important to us as my hubby is currently on maintenance chemo!! It was easy to navigate to all the places we wanted to visit and see, which was awesome…traveling with a 7 year old who doesn’t sleep in the car can be taxing!! The only let down was for my grandson, there was no foosball table. Would definitely stay there again!!

Went for a short two night stay for a birthday trip to the zoo for our daughters. Only stayed for one night. Outside is messy and dog poop not cleaned up. Two rotten chairs on what is considered to be the porch. First thing we smelled walking into the door was the smell of weed. Nothing was said about not parking in the driveway so we were woken up at 11PM to move our car by the neighbor. Bugs in the kitchen and bedroom. Bowls were stained. Property list a foosball table and there was not one on the property.

Great property but should have mentioned it was up a hill
The neighbors were a little loud and the bedroom tv was hard to operate but we loved it otherwise. We enjoyed how close it was to restaurants and the concert venue my son went to. The only reason I mentioned the hill is because I am disabled so getting up to it and up the stairs was a task and my fiance had to brace me really tightly.

Perfect stay!
We planned on going to the zoo to see the pandas. This was the perfect location! We were able to walk right to the zoo. We will definitely stay here again if we go back!

Quick stay
Nice little house. Had to go out and buy soap for the bathroom. Not a big deal but would be nice to have just a cheap bar. Left a couple bars for the next renter. Cute place for a couple nights.

Curb appeal
The online pictures of the inside were accurate. I guess I was rushing and didn't pay attention There were no pictures of the outside of the home. The curb appeal was definitely a "no" for me. The neighborhood was quiet, but right across the street, there was (what appeared to be an apartment complex). I was definitely unsure about the neighborhood, but it was quiet. The inside appeared clean. I cleaned again before we unpacked. The host responded so quickly and i ALWAYS appreciate that. Someone mentioned bugs on another review, but i didn't see any (and TRUST ME. i looked). We ended up leaving a day early.

Grant Park Getaway
Updated two bedroom one bath duplex with everything you will need on a business or long weekend getaway to a nice neighborhood in Atlanta. Great access to Grant Park which has some of the best running trails in Atlanta imo. Quick access to downtown Atlanta as well. Property manager was very responsive. FYI, this is an Atlanta neighborhood, thus parking will be on the street. However, the neighborhood was quiet and plenty of street parking available. Lots of nice homes nearby and safety was not a concern. I fully recommend this home.

Truly a charming oasis!
My friend and I stayed here for the Beyoncé concert and it was truly such a perfect place. It was so cozy and clean! We had everything we needed (and extras), and the location is so conveniently close to downtown Atlanta. My only suggestion would be some curtains or replacing the blinds on the windows but aside from that, 10/10, would recommend with no hesitation!

Perfect family getaway
The property is in a nice neighborhood and great location. It is within walking distance to the zoo and just a quick drive to downtown and midtown. It was perfect for my family of three. The house was very clean and has a charming modern flare that my teen daughter loved. I highly recommend for couples with children or small families!

Convenient & Great Location
This rental was clean and had everything we needed and even items we didn't realize we needed. Parking available on street (do not park in driveway neighbors on both sides). Public transit close by too. Comfortable and chargers available with selfie station. Teens dream.

Nice location to explore Central Atlanta
A nice little house for a quick overnight in Atlanta on a family road trip. The location in Grant Park is quaint. We didn’t have any meals here, but just slept. Beds we’re comfortable enough. Could use curtains in addition to the mini blinds as the lights outside were pretty bright.

Review
My experience was not good, the place wasn’t cleaned properly and the bed sheets were also unsanitary leaving behind past guests hair. My son had a rash by the time we were leaving from our stay. The area was nice but the overall the place needs better plumbing and a better maintenance on cleaning. The washer smells like mold couldn’t even clean the bed sheets if I wanted to. I am upset that there is a cleaning fee and the place wasn’t cleaned upon our arrival. Wouldn’t stay there again not for me especially bringing my family along. Be aware the parking is on the street which can be busy and inconvenient due to the place being on a hill if your coming alone no big deal but with a family or small children not good.

Charming with an amazing location!
What an amazing location! It was less than 15-minutes to the Georgia Aquarium/ Centennial Olympic Park, Mercedes Benz Stadium, Georgia Tech and more! Plus, a short walk to Grant Park and the Atlanta Zoo. Street parking was not an issue regardless of the time of day. We arrived very late for check-in and there were still spaces across the street. The beds were very comfortable, with a variety of pillows to select one that suites your needs. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove/oven and microwave, electric hot water kettle all available within the unit. The kitchen utensils were a little sparse, but we didn't plan any meals in so no big deal for us. The owner was very responsive and attentive. She answered any questions I had very quickly and checked in several times to make sure we were happy with the property.
