THE SPACE
One king bedroom, one full bathroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living area for additional guests. Sleeps up to 4 comfortably.
The king bedroom has a genuine king bed, blackout curtains, and a dedicated workspace (The Work Around). The bathroom is oversized with a full shower and quality toiletries provided.
The living area opens onto a private west-facing balcony with mountain and city views. A smart TV, comfortable seating, and a vinyl turntable station round out the space.
THE HIGHMARK STATIONS
This condo includes five signature in-unit experiences that go well beyond the standard rental setup.
The Groove: a vinyl turntable with a curated record collection featuring artists with deep roots in Western North Carolina, including Roberta Flack, Nina Simone, Warren Haynes, Luke Combs, Jermaine Dupri, and Robert Moog. Drop the needle and let the evening take its time.
The Work Around: a full-size desk and ergonomic chair in the bedroom, connected to high-speed WiFi that handles video calls, large uploads, and anything your workday demands.
The Finishing Touch: a dedicated get-ready station with quality lighting and a full-length mirror. The Recharge: a wellness station with yoga mats, hand weights, and resistance bands.
The Tailgate: a pet amenity area with a dog bed, food and water dishes, and chew toys. Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior approval.
THE KITCHEN
Fully equipped for all meals or a quick breakfast before heading out. Coffee and supplies provided. In-unit washer and dryer available for your use.
PARKING
One free covered garage parking space is included. Detailed arrival and parking instructions are sent before check-in. Park on arrival and leave it until you need it. In downtown Asheville, that is genuinely rare.
LOCATION
Steps from Pack Square, the South Slope brewery corridor, Lexington Ave, and some of the best restaurants in the Southeast. Most of the daily adventure is on foot from the front door.
Biltmore Estate, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and the River Arts District are all within a short drive. Your covered parking space means your car is ready whenever you want it.
GETTING AROUND
Highly walkable location. Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout Asheville. Your car stays put for most stays.
BUILDING AND ACCESS
Self check-in via smart lock on the 3rd floor. Secure building with elevator access. A noise monitor is present in the unit and detects volume levels only. It does not record audio or video.
HOUSE NOTES
Not suitable for parties or large gatherings. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults. Pets welcome with prior approval, maximum one pet, please keep pets off the furniture. Check-out is 10:00 AM.
