Everything you’d expect from the Ritz Carlton. Exceptional service overall. We enjoyed the complimentary sunscreen and water. Dinner at BLT Steak was phenomenal.

The facility is tired and needs a major overhaul. The lobby is surprisingly basic, the hallways and especially the rooms are lacking in character and style. As constituted this is a 3.5 to 4 star facility with 5 star service. On the other hand the beach and pool are very good and the poolside service is particularly good. The lunch restaurant, Madera, has really good food. I very much enjoyed the pasta at the Italian restaurant. Overall, though, this place simply doesn live up to the Ritz Carlton name and is not worth the high room rates.

First Class trip
First class, top notch, perfect stay and trip to Aruba. The Ritz-Carlton was a great choice and the service, amenities and staff were amazing. Everyone was friendly and genuinely interested in our well being and ensures we had a great stay.

We stayed 12/31-1/6. Service from start to finish was outstanding! The coffee shop has great drinks and breakfast items. Drinks were expensive but very good quality. Room was clean and very comfortable. Beach chairs a bit of a pain as people set their personal items on them and then disappear for the day. The policy is you can move stuff after 2 hours, but the beach staff are very reluctant to do so. Food at the pool/beach was very good.

It was a beautiful property located in a great spot. Staff was very warm and welcoming. Our trip was cut short but I am looking forward to going back. The view from our room was gorgeous

We LOVED our stay and we WILL be back. I was a little bit nervous after stumbling upon a review that expressed the guests felt they were treated poorly after booking through Expedia- I can tell you that was NOT the case for myself and my husband. The only down-side was we wanted to stay an extra few days but Expedia could not modify the reservation after we had already checked in, and the hotel didn’t have the availability we were looking for. The front desk even made sure we still got our credit for our Marriott Bonvoy points. The hotel was exceptionally clean, daily housekeeping and turn down service in the evenings, the staff was warm and friendly and did their best to pronounce our difficult last name LOL Food and drinks were excellent throughout the duration of our stay. The hotel is a little further from the downtown area but the staff was always ready to get us a taxi into town with ease. This was an amazing trip to decompress after our wedding. Thank you Ritz-Carlton Aruba we hope to see you again soon!
