We reserved a room for 3 that included a sofa bed. There were no sheets on the sofa bed. We asked for sheets and were given one sheet and a blanket. Upon realizing that there was no top sheet, we asked for a second sheet. The manager said they only provide one sheet for a sofa bed. Then, we noticed that only two towels were provided. We were not happy since we paid for three guests.

We stay here every year. This year, the front desk person was not pleasant. Why am I being told no rooms are available, yet they are available online? If you’re working, the front desk, you need people skills! The breakfast was lousy and hot tub was dirty! Could not turn it on because you needed a pliers to turn it on! What an absolute bait and switch! Confirmed a suite and was told “sorry, no pull out bed. This is all we have”. The pictures online versus actual is so different. Back to the 80s. Smoke alarm covered so must have been smoked in. It is late and we are so tired. I will do my best to get the word out about this place. So disappointed.

This hotel was terrible. We checking in around 4pm and were checked out by 830pm. The building exterior is run down and very ugly. The lobby was ok but the staff was not very friendly. We had no issues checking in. We started off toward the elevator and realized the place is in poor condition. I side the elevator the floor is completely cracked. As we headed to our room, you could hear the other people’s conversations as we walked down. The hallway smelled like weed and feet. Our room was ok but felt dirty and creepy. We were worried to leave for dinner because we had a bad feeling that an employee would enter our room while we were out. We left anyway. Came back from dinner and decided to try out the pool. It’s an indoor pool and it is so dimly lit. The chairs near the pool were almost all cracked and broken. We headed back up to our room and decided we couldn’t sleep there. We booked another room and are so pleased with the new place.

There was only one way to enter the property which was kind of inconvenient. The staff barely spoke to anyone. The indoor pool area lacked lighting for swimming and the jacuzzi was out of order. The room was clean and ready for an extended stay (small kitchenette area) but the stove top didn't work. The breakfast served was good and the area was decent, would stay again.

Ok for quick stay
People were nice. Hotel was dated and needed paint. Floor in room was dirty!!!

The hotel was dirty in the hallway, stairs, elevator and rooms. There was a cigarette burn on the bedspread. The room smelled like marijuana.

First of all they gave my room away said i didnt get the room i paid for until i showed they the email. Did not have sheets towels they were not nice at all. Thought they should of discounted me. They gave us rooms and when we went dwn they forgot they gave us one of they rooms. That would of been good if they would of rented it again and someone walk in on us asleep.

Description not accurate
This hotel is super old but they’re trying to renovate to be up to date. However, they are using cheap materials. The flooring in our room was already coming up and the whole renovation wasn’t complete. Very sketchy hotel because of the writing on the walls. Also, we were told the beds were queen size but they were full. Was very uncomfortable for my family of 5. Water in shower stayed cold and took awhile to get warm, not even hot. Barely any towels in the room. Wouldn’t stay again. Oh and I read a crib was available but the front desk said they didn’t have any. It was so hard to do anything while having to hold my baby.
