"I was treated rudely and abruptly by one member of staff in the restaurant after I made a simple query about cutlery. He ignored me and was aloof with me that day and the following day. "We just returned after staying 6 nights at Vila Gale Atlântico, 2 adults and 2 young kids. This has been our 6th trip to Gale so we know the are fairly well . The hotel is located by a lovely sandy long beach , ideal for families with young kids like us.
