We were disappointed at check-in. We had specifically requested a walk-in, disabled shower which we were notified had been pre-assigned to our reservation. The room actually assigned to us did not meet this requirement as the notes had not been read properly. So, on the first night we stayed in an ordinary shower-over-the-bath room. Fortunately the person attending to our check-in read the notes and was able to move us to a suitable room for the remainder of our stay, but said that that room would not be available until the next day. Unfortunately, the promised notification that the new room was ready was not given - we had to go down to the desk to ask about it.
Apart from this the service was very good.
