We have our reception line open 24 hours to assist where possible. We appreciate your positive comments; we have housekeeping, maintenance and management onsite, sorry you didn't get to see them this time. Reception hours are limited as we recover from covid impacts. Our goal is to have the cafe and reception open in the new year.

Hi Robert. Yes we run this property satellite due to covid impacts. We have daily housekeeping and maintenance, with a 24 hour reception phone line to support guests during their stay. Self check in properties are covid safe and provide such efficiently smooth check ins. Our team are only a phone call away, we have security, CCTV, management stay onsite and the convenience of secure access codes has been a great bonus. Thank you for providing your feedback. We had a pump burst; with guest feedback we have been able to find the issue and address this. Hot showers are a MUST and we took over management of this property because of the modern newly renovated bathrooms! We are so sorry this issue effected you as this is obviously not what we provide or expect. Hot showers and a smooth check in is crucial and we will continue to work with our team to ensure this happens.
