これがエミレーツパレス？がっかりするサービスレベル。
投稿日 : 2020/01/04 利用 : Hotelsバスタブの栓が壊れていて貯めたお湯を流せない、
TVも壊れていて一部チャンネルしかみれない、音がでない、
どちらもクレームしその日のうちに直してはくれたが、貴重なホテル滞在中部屋をうつしてもくれなかった。
バトラーは頼りない。ハイシーズンだからかバイトでもいれたのか？というレベル。
朝食会場の受付けスタッフは感じが悪い。挨拶もなし。
これがあのエミレーツパレス？
正直がっかりだ。
みてくれはいいがそれだけ。サービスは低レベル。

全てが快適！
投稿日 : 2020/01/04 利用 : Hotelsスイートに泊まりました。大変快適でラウンジアクセスもありました。ご飯も美味しく快適なラウンジでした。ご飯はレストランでイタリアンをいただきました。夕飯込みのプランだったので金券バウチャーをいただき好きなレストランを選ぶ形でした。大満足なステイをありがとうございます。

最高のおもてなしでのんびり優雅な時間を過ごすことができました。レジャー施設も充実しており、一泊二日ではかえってもったいなかった感じがします。泊まるなら２泊以上がお勧めです。

ここに泊まることも、アブダビ行きの目的の一つでした。ドバイに早朝着便からバスで直行しても、アーリーチェックインさせてくれました。ゴールド基調の本当に豪華な装飾と、広すぎる公共スペースやお部屋は、非日常感を感じさせてくれます。接客もとても丁寧で、朝食の質も高く、泊まれて本当に良かったと思います。
ただ、日本よりタクシーが安いとはいえ、タクシー以外の市内の移動がしにくかったです。片道運行のバス停は一応目の前ですが、敷地が大きいホテルなので、結構歩きます。(ちなみにハフィラットカードを入手する場所も限られているので)一般人としては交通費ばかりかかった印象です。なにより、エントランスでスタッフさんにタクシーを呼ぶか聞かれたときに、バスで行くから大丈夫、と言うと、呆れた顔をされて、言葉を返してくれなかったのが残念でした。あと、お部屋のグレードアップ(追加料金あり)のご案内が2回ほどありました。

すんごい豪華！！
投稿日 : 2019/08/19 利用 : Hotels早朝6時くらいに着いたのですがアーリー過ぎるチェックインを有料ですがさせてくれました！しかもスイートを予約していたのですが準備に少し時間がかかるからと、さらに上のグレードのスイートにグレードアップして頂きました！疲れていたので凄くありがたかったうえに、お部屋は角部屋で豪華すぎて、どこに座ればいいか分からないくらいの広さ！！ホテル自体が巨大なので、部屋に辿り着くまでかなり時間がかかるし、迷います。笑 朝はバルコニーから、三頭のラクダがビーチを散歩する姿が見れました！観光地、モスク、フェラーリワールド、ルーヴルからは少し離れています。タクシーで20.30分ほどかかります。観光地近くがいい方はヤスアイランド辺りがオススメです。前回は名物金箔コーヒーを飲んだだけだったので、今回は泊まれて嬉しかったです！
