The location is great for being near to everything at the beach. The restaurant on the top floor has great views. The staff were very kind and friendly both in the lobby and the restaurant The breakfast was ok. My French toast was way too sugarery The room was very small. The king bed was very hard and the sheets just so so.

Absolutely wonderful location right on the Malecon. Excellent restaurant - breakfast, lunch or dinner - everything was so good. Plus an amazing view if the sea and the Malecon. Friendly staff. The only thing lacking is parking. When we arrived we were told they had no parking & could park on the street for free. We found a lot behind the hotel and paid for a full day ($35 US). Later that same day, a different front desk person (who spoke better English) informed us we could park in that lot for free in the Crown 7 designated spots!

The property is conveniently located, and within walking distance of many fantastic restaurants, breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with tours, and just rentals for bicycles in Malecón is beautiful it is full of life and families. The hotel is in a great location, but could use a few upgrades. A refrigerator in the room would be nice as well as a safe other than that I would definitely revisit this property.

Staff was very attentive. View from third floor sea side was amazing. Across the street was a fabulous walkway against the beach, easy access to beach area. Only thing is the street is noisy and up until early morning
