This was my second time staying at this resort this time was so much better than in 2015. The staff is exceptional in all areas. The resort looks better and cleaner than ever. Keep up the good work I would recommend this resort.

I had a timeeee at this resort , the lamb chops at the Italian Restaurant were so good!!! My whole trip was so fun I didn’t miss a meal , everything was great! Even tho it wasn’t all adult resort I forgot and it didn’t stop anyone there from having fun !! 10/10

The housekeeping staff was phenomenal. 10/10 service. The property was clean and well kept and the wild life made it very tropical with the sounds of birds and insects. I would definitely recommend.

The staff here was very friendly and accommodating of young kids. The beach was perfect for little kids as well, with calm, warm and shallow waters. The food was decent, and it was relatively easy to get reservations at the several restaurants onsite. The pool was great and there seemed to be a lot of entertainment options for the adults too. I read a lot of reviews about the transfer services from the airport - when you make the booking, the hotel will send you a form to fill out with your arrival information. You won't get any confirmation but Destination Services will have your arrival info. it was an easy process. we would definitely go back to this hotel.

Just spent 7 days here. 1. The beach/water nothing compares. Crystal clear, out to about 6 foot. Plenty of chairs at all times. 2. If you can’t find a ton of yummy food here everyday nothing anywhere would please you. Food was delicious, varied, and literally hundred options. 3. Staff - polite whether you tipped or not. Very friendly, and gracious. Excellent service
