Two horrible things. One is that there was something broken in with the water and my family had to take two freezing cold showers. The hotel finally sent somebody to fix it, but offered no compensation back for such a miserable stay. Also, the walls are very thin, and we heard the kids screaming in the room next to us quite loudly.

Really great place. Perfect for a group- we used the bar and the lobby space to be with our friends. Room was nice, but mattresses were not so great.

You could hear the people in the lobby. Their conversations echoed down the hall and to our room. Pipes were knocking through the walls. The room was outdated and dark.

Good location from WSU, close to other stores we needed. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices could of been better, but we had a overall good time there.
