Our bathroom smelt badly of mould and was a small and cold room. The bed was not made when we arrived and the sheet on the mattress was not tucked in or fitted. We had to remake the whole bed ourselves. The smell in the room because worse over the weekend.

Loved it ,right opposite Cardiff castle,parked at the rear £15.for 24 hrs,great deal. Ok it’s an old hotel,expect creaks,chipped paint etc,staff charming and helpful we stayed for breakfast,very good where you could order porridge,poached eggs very good quality..Will definitely go back.
