It’s a nice hotel but on random nights the bar is closed. Restaurant menu is not very vegan friendly. The only English channel on tv is France 24. BBC or CNN would be nice

The hotel was easy to get to with plenty of parking, just outside the city center in a quiet setting. It was mostly clean (we had a big stain on the carpet by the side-table in our room) The staff was mostly friendly & helpful. The room we stayed in was small for American standards. The hotel definitely wins the flattest pillow award! I didn't even notice I had two pillows until I tried rolling them up for more support. The hotel offered a great breakfast buffet, including a nice inside and outside seating area. Coffee was offered through 2 big automated coffee makers, with plenty of frothed options to choose from. A simple German cup of copy with a simple creamer would have sufficed for me though.

The bathrooms are tiny, can barely dry yourself Requested wheelchair accessible rooms couldn't get wheelchair through the entrance to the room because it was too narrow but didn't get a message saying it wasn't possible Other than that the hotel was spotless, comfortable, Some Staff could have been friendlier No disabled parking facilities suitable for a wheelchair van Well located for phantasialand
