Our room had an amazing view over Lake Burley Griffin and Parliament House. The main room had an ensuite and then we had a large bathroom this was great for 3 adults.

After checking in we went to the room on the 11th floor - upon opening the door the strong smell of stale cigarette smell in the first thing that hits you, walking through the apartment was so disappointing- marks on the walls, mouldy shower curtain, marks on the walls, you couldn’t sit outside on the balcony as it was filthy We advised the front desk, and the response was housekeeping wasn’t available on Sundays!! Tried to explain that husband had a double lung transplant and mould is hazardous to his health. But it fell on deaf ears.. do not stay here
