Great hotel close to the beach
This is a great hotel which I would definatley recommend to others. The rooms are spacious, clean and have all the mod cons you would expect. Breakfast is a bit of a fiasco in the mornings as it is a buffet, i think they do need one extra chef making the eggs as there is always a queue. Which brings me on the the next point the staff are unattentive and generally dismissive and unhelpful so be prepared for that. Having said that I would have no hesitation about staying here again.

Great Hotel
Our trip to Goa during our 5 week holiday of India was to relax & enjoy my birthday,but despite paying Expedia over 6 months ago for our hotels the hotel had no knowledge of our booking, despite us having a confirmation number from Expedia. If it wasn't for the fact I called to arrange to be collected from the airport we would have had no where to stay. Mr Mark and Michelle did everything they could & managed to accomodate us for 5 nights of our 6 night paid stay. The last night we had to stay at another hotel which Mr Mark arranged as Expedia would not assist us, causing us to loose a day of our holiday and therefore it definately was not the birthday I had planned, despite Mr Mark giving me a bottle of wine! Our last night's accomodation was terrible and definately no where near the standard of Coconut Grove. Coconut Grove was great, but is out of the way if venturing out at night. It's very close to the beach; has a good laundry service; the rooms were clean; the staff very friendly and helpful and we would often return to our room to find that the hosekeeping staff had been creative with towels and flowers creating butterflies on the bed. Our room was close to the resturant meaning we were woken early when the morning shift started & because the hotel entertainment was located outside our room each night, the evenings were noisey The breakfast staff were always running out of plates, bowls and glasses & the food warmers were rarely on meaning the breakfast was often cold.

Quaint, friendly relaxing hotel
The Coconut Grove is a small hotel in beautiful grounds, 5 mins walk from from the back of the hotel to the Betalbatim Beach. The hotel is very peaceful and very friendly. The opol is not very large, but very clean.

Awesome beach and a great resort = Perfect Vaca
This hotel is located at a stone's throw away from one of the best beaches in South Goa. Its called the Betalbatim beach and it is very beautiful and clean. The hotel staff is very helpful and we had no complaints during our stay. All in all a great place to stay..will definitely come back !

fantastic place to relax
The room was lovely and very comfortable and the surrounding gardens beautifully planted and the pool clean and warm. The restarant probably undersells itself as it has a more extensive menu than dispalyed on the outside and is extremely good value. All staff were very friendly, efficient and welcoming. The proximity to the beach was the icing on the cake. If i were to suggest improvements it would be for the bar to open a little earlier for people to get cold drinks by the pool, and it would be good if they served snacks. Would also be good idea for there to be a sign to the hotel from the beach just in case you weren't paying attention. Loved the Coconut Grove and was great end to our stay in India.

Trevligt hotell - Coconut Grove
Vi, två vuxna och två tonåringar var några dagar i februari/mars 2012 på Coconut Grove. Trevligt litet hotell, fin anläggning och trädgård. Poolen var liten men helt ok och ingen trängsel. Liten promenad ner till fin strand där det fanns solsängar att låna och några shacks som serverade allt från kaffe till middagar. Frukost bättre än förväntat. Resturangen kanske inte den bästa men ok. Rummen och sängarna var bra. Det som vi hade synpunkter på var badrummet som i och för sig var ok men behöver fixas till då det inte var fräscht. Saknade också möjlighet att gå ut och strosa och ha några affärer i området, man behövde ta en taxi för att komma till närmaste ort vilket i och för sig var enkelt men skulle gärna haft det närmare. Många ryssar åker tydligen till området vilket innebär att en del skyltar bara finns på ryska. Lite märkligt. Kan rekommendera detta hotell. Åker gärna tillbaka.

extrem gut gepflegte nette Hotelanlage direkt am Strand
Die Zimmer haben alle einen kleinen Balkon auf dem die meisten Leute auch ihren Tee am Morgen oder ein Glas am Abend trinken. Die Anlage ist extrem gut gepflegt, mit vielen Blumen an jeder Ecke. Das Frühstücksbuffet kann leider nicht überzeugen, aber das frische Omelette ist lecker. Zum ruhigen Strand sind es nur wenige Meter. Die Zimmer entsprechen 3 Sternen. Schön wäre, wenn die Minibar nicht jedes Mal erst auf Anforderung aufgefüllt wird, neue Bettlaken angeschafft werden und das wifi kostenlos, bzw. günstiger angeboten wird.
