Checked in our bags early 6:00am,which was great. The front staff told us they could do an early check in and to come back at 11:00am. When we got back, there was nothing available and were told to come back at 12:00pm. Once we did. They told us to come back in 30 min. We decided to wait till 1:00pm to make sure we gave them enough time. But nope, they told us to check at 2:00pm. We waited until 2:50 to try to check in and they told us to wait a couple minutes. Finally at 2:58pm we were allowed to check in to our room.
A whole half day passed by and we weren’t allowed to check in. This could have all been avoided if they just told us to come check in at normal time which is 3:00pm.
To top it off, our room had recent water damage on the floor and the wood panels were warped and uneven.
They were painting a room on the same floor which caused us to get headaches from the paint smell.
