気になった点 : スタッフとサービス
Trainee staff checked in my son's separate room into my room. Due to improper check in process, I was double charged for my room. It took three calls over four days in order to get this resolved. The first person said they were too busy to respond to my request for a billing copy and said I should get it from Expedia. That person said they would call me back but never did, leaving it up to me to call back again and leave a voice mail message. When that was not responded to for two days, I had to call back again. I did not feel that they were very understanding about my claim of double charging and I had to press by situation before it was responded to.
On my trip, I visited 4 different hotels in three different cities and this experience was the worst.
