Property was fairly nice and clean. Check in took some time as it took some time for a front desk person to appear. Then they told me my reserved room was not available (had reserved 2 queen beds) so offered me an “upgrade” to a king plus sofa bed. Online it lists the sofa bed as a double. It was not. It was a twin. For my family of 4 (2 teens) it was extremely uncomfortable to have 3 in the “king” which actually was a queen bed. I had reached out to Expedia CS but all they could offer me was a refund. I would’ve taken The refund but with softball and gymnastics events occurring in town it would be hard pressed to find what I needed and requested of this hotel. I’m not sure if it was Expedia who is at fault or the Marriot but it has made this stay uncomfortable and very very disappointing.
