We booked this hotel hoping it would be an all-in-one place for our getaway. While the hotel was nice, there were a few things that we wished we would have known ahead of booking. The main things were there was no refrigerator in the room, the safe in the room did not work (was told most of them did not), they were working on "improvements" at the time, the elevators had a mind of their own (sometimes waiting 10 mins) and the restaurant was out of a lot of items. We made the best out of it though and just chose to spend most of our time out and about.

Stayed for 4 nights. Toilet was dirty. Room was not cleaned 2 of the days we were there . Ran out of toilet paper. They did bring some up with in 15 mins. Asked to have the trash emptied too. That didn’t happen for 2 days. Complained and was given complementary breakfast. Food was not good either. Best part of the hotel is “Starbucks” and the little beach.

Nice and clean property. Staff were very polite and helpful. Location good for the airport. Not much around the area and not great transport links. Would be fine if you were driving. Sound proofing wasn’t great, could hear the conversations of the people in the next door room, especially as there was an interlinking door.
