Our reservation that we paid for two weeks in advance was canceled and we were given a smaller room that had a non working toilet when we arrived. Also the key cards for our room quit working on the second use When we first got there and had to be redone 6 times in our two day visit and the hallway stunk like stale cigarettes and b.o. Won’t ever stay there again

Waited 1/2 hour to check in standing at the desk. I booked my reservation through Expedia at the last minute and it was paid prior to my checking in. When I checked out the next day, I noticed an extra charge to my account. I inquired about it and all she said was "it was reversed". Ten days later and it still hasn't been credited back to my account. Other than the rate and the slow check-in, the room was nice and comfortable.

The clerk working (Lisa Mohrick) stole $60 worth of product from me on Sunday March 10 at 10:30 AM. I will no longer stay at the Day Inn or recommend to anyone else. If I can't trust the staff I will not return.
