We paid for what we saw in the pictures, but in reality the Matsubara hotel is not what you see there. The pictures on Expedia are from when the hotel was new. The rooms are old, dirty and poorly maintained. We only spent a few hours until we decided to go to another place.

O hotel está muito velho precisando de reparos roupas de cama velhas móveis velhos muita ferrugem muito mofo os funcionários até tentam ajudar mas eles não tem muito o que fazer, o parque aquático está abandonado tudo caindo os pedaços, desde o chão até as coberturas dos quiosques, o hotel parece está abandonado cheio de formigas, os banheiros nem tem saboneteiras tive que improvisar com copo descartável, precisa de reforma urgente! Não indico!

Hotel precário, precisando urgente de uma reforma. Não troca as toalhas, não troca os lençóis, não tem lixeira no quarto e pra piorar não nem nos corredores. Pack aquático precisando também de reforma, vira uma lamaceiro ao redor e com isso as piscinas acaba ficando suja. Pisa do na cerâmica do prédio fica fofa, sensação que vai soltar. É uma pena está nesta situação, porque prédio de frente a orla, perto de tudo e vê ele desse jeito, lá é o tempo todo pessoas reclamando, fazendo barraco mesmo pra devolverem o dinheiro ou mudarem de quarto por está inabitável de tanto mofo.

Achei as piscinas muito sujas, em volta delas com muita terra. Pedi meu almoço e a carne veio queimada. Chegando no quarto a cama era boa, ar funcionando, porém a pia do banheiro não funcionava, no chuveiro a água estava saindo escuro e com cheiro de ferrugem. Acredito que o hotel precisa de uma manutenção adequada.

O hotel é grande, com boa infraestrutura, porém precisa de cuidados. Todos os sofás da recepção estão rasgados, precisam de reforma. Vi 2 baratinhas francesinhas , uma no meu banheiro 4o andar, outra no restaurante. Apartir desse dia não comemos mais no hotel. Bom atendimento. Porém o serviço fica prejudicado qdo reduzido o número de funcionários. Não faziam mais ovos/omeletes, porque só havia 1 funcionária e estava muito assoberbada com os pedidos de tapioca que se acumulavam. O parque aquático é muito bom, mas também precisa de manutenção, 1 dos toboaguas estava precisando trocar a bomba, por isso não funcionava ( imagino há qtos meses, porque ficamos 12 noites e nada de religarem o brinquedo). Também senti falta de espreguiçadeiras na área das piscinas. O que tornaria o hotel mais acolhedor e relaxante para os adultos. Outra boa pedida adotada em alguns hotéis do nordeste são as redes. Lá não tinha. As crianças adoraram 2 balancinhos para relaxar que ficavam próximo ao restaurante, poderiam ter mais. Muito gostoso. Enfim, é um bom hotel, que precisa de um olhar mais atencioso por parte da administração.
