I’m sure this hotel was nice once. Now it is super understaffed and literally broken. The pool was leaking into the gym when we got there, requests made to housekeeping for extra pillows and blankets didn’t happen. The hotel was over booked and there was never enough food for people to have breakfast or even anywhere to sit. Vallet often took more than 20 minutes to get your car and it being over top of the fire station means that you get sirens all day and night. Over all easily the worst experience I’ve had at a Hyatt and worst Expedia experience by far.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The rooms were clean and extra towels and blankets were brought to room quickly when asked for. The location is easily walkable to the Smithsonian, capitol etc. the morning breakfast was a nice convenient way to start the morning since restaurants/bakeries were not close by.

The staff was very helpful. They room was clean and very spacious. About 1/2 mile from The Mall. I wish there were restaurant options in the area. Overall, a great stay!
