I'm fine with the concept of a microhotel (basically, a bed with a 1-ft perimeter around it and nothing else...) My choices for rooms were basement or stairwell, there were no options for hot water or coffee during the day, the only food was pizza, and when I got frustrated with my room choices, the front desk became quite patronizing with me. Will never come back.

Was there for two nights. It's in a great location, I w as in the basement and the windows were at street level, so a bit noisy. Also, no mini fridge, ice machine, had to go to the bar to get ice water. Free coffee in the AM was great, I ordered overnight oats for breakfast and they were out, the server offered me anything else on the menu regardless of price which was very nice. I was also able to park for $24/day one block away vs. $35 which I also appreciated. If you have a child at GW and want to stay close by, this is a great place. I would just recommend requesting a room on an upper floor.

We waited outside the hotel locked entrance for 30 minutes for our late arrival. We called and called the hotel phone number, but no one picked up. We left urgent messages open the front door.

Very noisy - you can hear every footstep from the room above you. Footsteps and creaking. The insulation between floors is so thin. If you are bothered by noisy upstairs neighbors, guarantee a room on the top floor or find a different hotel. I was on the third floor.
