"The Blue Marina was top notch on all levels. The staff, the room itself, and the free breakfast in the morning (they give you quite a few choices to choose from, my personal favorite was the eggs Benny 👍), and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was fantastic! The place itself may be a little out of the way, but it was still a convenient walking distance to the white beach itself as well as many places to eat at. "The owners Stefanie and Jun were awesome hosts! The room was big and clean but has no TV. Beware that the trail to Punta Bunga Beach is not for the faint of heart. It’s a somewhat steep semi maintained trail. The road to get to the front of the resort is somewhat small and bumpy. If seclusion from all the bustle of Boracay is what you’re looking for then this is the place to be!"

"hotel is off the main tourist attraction and beach. is good for watch others or trying yourself for windsurfing. but if you were a beach goer or food fanatics like i am, then is probably choose the one other side of the island. this site has very good view if you intend take pictures. Not convenient for restaurant and transportation which is essential for people not familiar with the area. they had road closure while i was there, made it worse.
