We flew in from the east coast and arrived early before the 3pm check in. My wife and i were both tired. When i went to check in the front desk attendant met me with a smile and welcome how can i assist you. I told her we had a long day just flew in from the east to attend a close friends funeral. I asked is there a chane we could check in early. She said she will check what she had available. Wuth, in one minute, she found us a room, and we were checked in. Now that's service. I only wish i would i had her name to add to this review.
