Housekeeping does not make your bed during consecutive stays to ‘save the environment’. Housekeeping threw away my left over property instead of sending it to front desk to keep. Disappointed. Should book Toyok* Inn next door.

Soundproof room was great alongside tracks. Real cups, not plastic or paper Beds comfortable. Your check in screen is not foreigner friendly, but staff was kind

Very convenient location, very clean room and bathroom, friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out, and it's nice that you can pick up some amenities in the lobby (including drip coffee packs, sugar, creamer -- there's a water kettle and mugs in the guest room). I had no problems.

The location is very convenient. Amenities need to be picked up at lobby which is quite inconvenient. Staff's English ability quite inadequate, but could get by with body language and appropriate phone apps.

.There is no car parking at the hotel Otherwise very happy with the stay, now the third time this year and plan to stay there again in early September.
