Fantastic stay at Nexus Door Tokyo
I spent 4 nights at Nexus Door Tokyo and couldn’t have been happier. The room was super clean and cosy whilst the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The proximity to the metro station is another big plus. 10 out of 10

Fairly new hotel with fair sized rooms, excellent bathroom with rain shower and soak tub. Use of smart phone was a bonus. Ther was a large tv. But unfortunately no English channels, no big deal. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel. It was convenient to a number of train stations and the rooms were functional and stylish. The happy hour was a nice added bonus. I felt truly cared for at Nexus.

Property was right near the station. A short walk towards Tokyo Tower (spectacular view) at night. I wish the FD gave us directions on the Apple TV remote during check-in, which we were suppose to rent at the FD. Free drinks at the lounge from 4 PM, which is pretty neat. Breakfast is nothing special.

Amazing find
Lovely, value for money hotel. Exceptional in fact. One minute from the subway station, not far from Ginza or Tokyo station for bus links to airport, amazing free snacks and drinks in restaurant in the evening. Perfect room, I had a view of Tokyo tower. High quality bed linen, great amenities in room. English speaking staff, helpful and efficient. Will absolutely stay here always, in Tokyo.

We’re staying at Nexus every Tokyo visit!
This hotel experience was amazing! It was located incredibly close to a metro station, had a great view of the Tokyo Tower, was clean, had a helpful and a very respectful staff and provided a free happy hour with snacks and drinks! The happy hour was amazing because it allowed us to relax and get to know some of the other guests staying at the hotel and they were able to recommend things for us to do around Tokyo! There was nothing negative about our experience here - I’ll definitely be staying at this hotel the next time I’m in Tokyo!

It was an amazing place. Lovely staff. The only issue was the breakfast which was included in my stay was the same thing for nine days no changes and the staff knew her little English. There was one staff member who could speak English and you had to wait until she was there to get questions answered. Apart from that was a wonderful experience staying there.

Nice little hotel
Small (as expected for Japan) but very clean room. I booked a double room with a view of Tokyo Tower. Close to Subway station and easy access. Rooms are quiet and hotel provides little amenity kits for you to keep with toothbrush and toothpaste, razors, hair tie, etc. The free Happy Hour is a nice touch with options of Beer, Wine, Plum Wine or Whiskey Highball and light snacks. Would definitely book again!

Rooms were very small but had everything that you need. Bed very small by western standards. Very clean. Easy access to train to get anywhere in Tokyo. Mobile phone in your room free to use while staying. Free drinks and snacks in lounge after 4.00pm was awesome. Would have been nice to have a designated English channel on the TV. Plenty of family marts near by. Great stay.

The value of our room for the space, attention to detail, cleanliness, and staff was amazing! It was one of the biggest rooms we had seen advertised for hotels in tokyo, the all you can drink lounge is amazing to start out your night before heading to a bar or restaurant. The rooms are really quiet, air conditioned, and they have black out curtains! The only thing we would have liked to have seen is more shelving/storage in the rooms, it gets hard to organize when you’re staying longer than a week in a small space.

Right next to Onarimon station (on the Mita line) and a 15 minute walk from Shimbashi (on the JR line). Getting here from Tokyo station by taxi (eg for shinkansen or airport transfers) cost about ¥1100JPY, so quite reasonable. We found our stay to be quiet and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful. Hotel itself is well equipped, with a laundry and modern facilities, and was very clean. There are a few places to eat or get a coffee nearby, but larger eating and shopping districts (eg Ginza) will require a longer walk or subway ride. As long as you are happy navigating the subways, this is a great place to stay!

후기 안남기는데. 정말 기분 나빠서 올립니다. 리셉션 있던 직원들 정말 친절하셨습니다. 단 한사람 빼고. 미듐길이 머리에 살좀 찐 까무잡잡한 직원(검으테 안경 쓰고. 안쓸때도있고) 매우 무례했어요. 이렇게 무례한사람 살면서 처음 봤네요, 체크인 할때, 부모님이 로비 앉아계셨는데 첨부터 빤히 기분나쁘게 쳐다보길래 나 혼자 묶는거다. 부모님은 여기 묶으시지않는다.부모님은 한국가신다 먼저 설명했고 좋지않은 영어 발음으로 너무 빨리 대충 얘기하길래 해피아워 에 대해 물어보니,다른사람은 사용 못한다. 숙박객만 사용할수있다 (이말을 무슨 거지 취급하며 얘기를 하는데 너무 황당 했습니다) 결정적으로 로비에 핸드폰을 5분가량 충전하고 뺐는데 그걸보고. 일본어로 옆 직원에게 속닥속닥 저를 노려보며 뒷담화를 하는거에요. 그래서 너무 황당해서. 무슨 문제있냐니까. 누가 훔쳐가면 어쩌냐고 얘기해서 나 우리부모님 계속 지켜봤는데 누가 훔쳐보냐. 말했더니. 또 똑같은 말만하길래 그게 문제가 아니라. 당신이 일본말로 너희끼리 욕하지 않았냐 했더니 그제서야 미안하다고 말했습니다. 기본이 안된 그직원 계속 있으면 호텔 이미지 쓰레기 될거같아요. 그후로 드나들때 모든 직원이 친절히. 인사를 하는데 그직원은 계속 저를 무시하더군요. 그런 인성으로 어찌 리셉션에 있는지. 호텔 자체는 좋았으나. 그 검으머리 안경쓴 심술 가득한 그 직원때문에. 너무너무 화가났습니다. 그 직원만 봤을땐 절때 추천하고 싶지않습니다.

A cosy and comfortable stay. The room was just right for one person and they have all the amenities that you needed (for e.g. hairdryer, well-stocked shower bag, basic utensils). A large Family Mart is located just a minute away, and the hotel is located very near to Onarimon station. Highly recommended for solo travellers.

Nexus door hotel was a perfect location for my stay. Literally next door to my friends home. The staff was wonderful. The boutique hotel vibe has a great little cafe that is strictly guarded just for guests. (The breakfast was very good and the cafe and coffee relaxing) This is a great option for a pleasant stay in Tokyo. I love this hotel.Amazing stay.
Amazing hotel located in avery good location. Rooms were clean and refreshed every day with free toiletries and free water. There is use of a mobile phone for free which can be take out of the hotel with unlimited data and internet use. The lounge is available to use every evening with free unlimites sake, wine, beer, soft drinks and snacks.

We were looking for an affordable place to stay in Tokyo so we’re not expecting much but we were pleasently surprised. The rooms were immaculately clean. They were replenished everyday with free toiletries and free water. There is use of a mobile phone for free which you can take out of the hotel with unlimited data and internet use. Great for maps. The lounge is available to use every evening with free unlimited sake, wine, beer and snacks. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel with lots of pleasant suprises
This is a relatively new hotel (only in operation about a year). The rooms are modern and the amenities were excellent including a free cafe in the afternoon and a free drink in the bar in the evening. The hotel is convenient to the subway and within walking distance of the Tokyo Tower. I would definitely stay at the Nexus Door Tokyo again as the need required.

Very wonderful stay in Tokyo. =D
The staff were amazing and very welcoming to a jetlagged traveller. Loved getting the little bag of toiletries every day. Very useful for travelling. The access to the lounge for drinks and snacks was a daily highlight. The matcha latte was delicious. I highly recommend staying here. =)

The room was very small for two people. We were only booked for two nights so could live with it. There was no space for our suitcases, had to constantly juggle things around. Plus side very close to Onarimon station.

The room is very comfortable, clean and quite large for Tokyo. Unfortunately the check in staff and procedures left a bad feeling. I had to wait over 15 minutes for a group of 4 to finish their check in. The front desk staff was not very polite to me, she didn't apologize for the wait or anything. She spent a long time describing the facilities and free drinks policy to the group before me, and when it was my time to check in, she just handed me the key and explained how the elevator worked. When I asked if I got free drinks as well, she just said to read the information in the room and scowled at me. She was really unpleasant and it left a bad impression on me.
