①この夏はとても暑くて熱中症に注意、とニュースでも報道されているくらいなのに、エアコンの効きがすごく悪かったです。風量を一番強くしても、エアコンのすぐ目の前しか風が届かないレベルです。操作パネルをいじっていたら、フィルターを掃除してくださいとの表示が出ており、フィルターが汚れているから風が弱いのだとわかりました。 ②受付の年配の女性の方の態度が尊大で、嫌な感じでした。 ③無料でレンタルできるバス用品のうち、ロクシタンなどの価格が高いものは全て品切れで利用不可でした。 ④支払いの方法が分かりにくいです。部屋の入り口で支払えと言われたのに、結局フロントで支払いをさせられました。

携帯では18時のチェックインになっていたのに、21時と案内され、予定が完全に狂った。出張で疲れている中での出来事だったので、余計に疲れた。 ホテルの設備としては申し分無いので、問題はそのシステムだけ

冷蔵庫、レンジなど求める基本設備を揃えている。その上にアメニティが豊富で安っぽくない。ドライヤーがしっかり熱風が出るなど細かいところも好感。お風呂とトイレがキレイで不快な点が無かった。 次の東京旅行でもまたぜひ使わせて頂きたいと思いました。

お風呂とベットが大きくてとても快適に過ごせました。 コンビニも一階にあり便利で、最寄駅が徒歩1分圏内だったので、非常に良かったです。

チェックインが夕方17時という遅さ。 早めのチェックインをする場合の追加料金。 スタッフの対応の悪さ。 外廊下を歩かなくてはいけないという配慮の無さ。 二度と利用しないですね。

また利用したいです。
同じグレードでもお部屋の良さに多少差があるのが気になりましたが、広くてとても素敵なお部屋でした。 エアコンが低い位置にあるからか、お部屋がとても乾燥するのが少し難点でしたが、スタッフの皆様もとても感じが良く、快適に過ごすことができました。また利用させていただきます。ありがとうございました。
