I noticed that the inn charged me an extra $38.87. When I asked about the reason, the receptionist said it was a credit card fee and that if I had cash, they could refund it to my card. This is the first time I've experienced this. If there is a card fee, why didn't Expedia notify me? who would have $500 cash to pay?
