"This motel needs a total refurbish. No breakfast and the restaurant is closed and being remodeled at this time. Everything about this motel speaks "OLD". It's the only room I could find at 9 o'clock at night with no prior reservations."

Great location in a clean and nice property
"The property is in a great location in downtown Sioux Falls. Essentially feels like a hotel room since it’s a studio apartment with a small, attached bathroom.
