Only one complaint which was our treatment in the hotel restaurant. There were 6 of us and there was a table with 6 seats that was empty. We inquired about sitting at that table since it was easier to get in and out of than the bench seat table they seated us at. They informed us that the table was reserved so we let it go. However, the table was had no reserved sign on it and was not occupied even when we left. We were also disappointed that the sushi chef sliced large pieces of fresh sashimi for the Japanese guest in front of us and when we asked for the same, he gave us the remnants from the cut. Other than the restaurant, all other staff members were courteous.

I loved everything about the hotel! It was very elegant and nice! The staff was amazing! The food was great! You can walk for days and experience so much. The only thing negative i have to say is about the temperatures of the pool and the hot tub. The pool was probably an average temperature. But i expected to sweat in the hot tub in order to easily want to get in the pool. Other than the temperatures, it was the best hotel experience ive ever had!! Great place to go!

We had a wonderful time in Taipei and this hotel was a big part of it. The staff was very welcoming and sweet. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. Although extra, I highly recommend the buffet breakfast and access to the executive lounge.

On the first day of my stay, I noticed a strong mildew smell in the room. Initially, I thought that this was a common issue in all rooms of the hotel. However, I later discovered that the bathroom floor was flooded after I used the bathtub. The drainage system had a major issue, and the floor leveling did not allow water to go away. After complaining to the front desk, they moved us to another room the next day. Although the second room was better, it still required extra effort to pack our luggage, and I had to remove water from the bathroom floor myself on the first day. Despite the hotel’s attractive appearance, the infrastructure is probably old.

The hotel is located next to two MRT lines. Walking distance to two Subway entrances. Dinning selections are great both in and outside hotel. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Very enjoyable stay.
