"My wife was very impressed with the decor. We had a nice room (king bed) but it was noisy with a very late arrival upstairs. I found the correspondence from the owner to be too lengthy and somewhat confusing with requirements to download a separate App (August) to gain entry. I do understand the need for security but there must be a simpler way. Also departure requests were not read by us until we had already departed and we had not complied, ie, stripped the linens from the bed and left...
