We stayed 6D5Y at The Tank Stream Hotel, first of all overall experience is okay. Natalie & Jeffrey are very hardworking. The reception when we check-in that lady was rude and she’s not wearing name tag so I don’t know her name. The toilet surroundings wete so dirty even my eye are 90/90 I can see all marks there upon arriving at the room, bed sides surface also dirty and bed itself are so noisy every move I made the bed sounds like a bird chirping on my ears. Though I requested and sent an email nothing has been granted. But thank you for the breakfast atleast something decent. The lady from reception name kristin was horrible. I requested late check out to Miad last night and gave me 12pm. I was informed that if there is available rooms today we might be given a late check out till 4pm or 5pm. Kristin just give me a big “NOOO” and ask me to pay full day charge. Check your call recording to prove my statement. She could explain to me the reason why I cant stay till 4 or 5pm I Will understand. But asking me to pay full day charge for late check out till 4or 5pm is crazy. I wont return to this hotel and that’s a promise.

Friendly staff. The room was small but was clean and modern. Only wish they had hairdryers in the room. The location was really convenient. Walking distance to the opera house, to the ferry, and lots of shopping and dining options. Buffet breakfast was simple and tasty.

Location very good. Friendly staff. The minus was that there was remodeling being done in the building and around, so very noisy in the room. It caused the fire alarm to go off. We had to evacuate 7 floors down on Saturday morning. The water pipes of the hotel made strange noises late at night. There was no television Saturday till Sunday 9am. Also there was no electricity on Sunday morning so the airco couldn’t run and no lights of course. They didn’t apologize for it. Too bad otherwIse ok hotel.
