3.0 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (1002)
"We booked a family room, the sofa bed was made up for us on our arrival which was great but it was so uncomfortable. It would make more sense for family rooms to have 2 proper beds in. We only used the restaurant for breakfast but i would like to mention how fantastic Melissa was, she got milk for my toddlers bottles and even rinsed the bottles afterwards so we didnt have stake milk in the bottles all day. She went above and beyond and absolutely made the stay."

"Booked this as it was a very reasonable price as I was going to Alton towers the next day. Arrived and was stunned by the building and the views. Checked in and the staff were lovely and very friendly and welcoming. Next day for up and had breakfast, a freshly cooked English breakfast with cereals and pastries included. Overall if I am ever in the area again I will be staying here."

Best Western Stoke on Trent City Centre Hotel

"The hotel was ok and in a great location for our visit to Stoke-on-Trent. The room we were given was small, with the double bed up against the wall. When in the room there was the sound of water running and this never stopped, even after telling the reception and was told by them that the maintenance people would sort it out, but no, it kept on running! "for a 3 star hotel, the condition of the property seems run down, a renovation would be needed to make this place thrive, beds are well a bed, but not the best at all, night porter walking around woke us up 3 times in the night, not much sound proofing for the rooms "
